5 starsPemba provided great support during the initial sale and installation. Their post sale support has been outstanding. I have had a very positive experience with the automated shades they installed. I needed some windows replaced and Pemba was extremely helpful in removing the shades (as well as my valances which they didn't even install) and reinstalling them so I could complete the window install. 5 starsIt is a pleasure to work with the Staff of Pemba. They were the lead audio /video design and installation team for our "rest of our life" / dream home construction. Their staff walked us thru the possibilities available in this technical age. And they were able to make the products and functions "user friendly" for a couple in their late 60s. And, most importantly, they were available to work thru the inevitable "bugs" as we became using all of the system's potentials. Their follow-up when we called is and was superior.
