On April 18th I contacted this company to change my windshield. The owner sent someone named, ****. He came to my job and changed it. The company charged me $400.00 including the travel fee of $15.00. On April 27th, when leaving for work, I noticed that the inside of my car was wet and there was water coming from the windshield. I contacted them and they told me to come to the office and they would reseal it. **** did. On May 6, I went to leave in my car and it was raining in the inside again. I texted the owner, no answer. I called the owner numerous of times, no answer. I began to call ****, he’s the only one that’s returned any of my calls or answered for me. **** told me that he could look at it but it’s raining and he wouldn’t have time because he’s doing other jobs. I had to go to ******** and get a whole new windshield replacement. I spent $1,220 at ********. I began calling the owner again Monday morning, no answer. I used a coworkers phone at work, and he answered making me realize that he had memorized my number and was ignoring my calls. I told him the situation and asked can I have a refund. He told me to give him 3 days. I called after 4 days & he told me next week. I called the following week & he says if he could Cash app me some of it. The answer was no and that I would like my refund the same was I gave it in full. He’s always giving me the run around and is never at the shop when I go there. He told me to come by May 19 which is today & that **** will have my refund but I am still getting the run around. I have water spots on the ceiling of my car. ******** confirmed that my windshield was installed incorrectly. I just would like my refund since the windshield wasn’t installed properly and they didn’t fix the problem. I have videos & phone recordings that I could not submit. Thank you.
