              Pella windows of Baton Rouge was contracted to produce & install windows for our home back in September of 2022. They have failed 6 times to deliver and install these windows which is now costing us tens of thousands of dollars as our home in unlivable until they install them - originally these windows were set to be installed in March. We are now in hurricane season and they are putting the entire house in jeopardy with their failures to deliver these contracted windows. On top of that they are advertising on multiple platforms for 50% off windows + install and yet they have not been able to deliver our windows or give us our money back. It would appear that they have run out of money so they are advertising to obtain new business because they cannot finish our job and possibly several other clients. We want a resolution immediately as the situation is now dire due to the threat of hurricane season. Additionally we seek to receive money back as they are costing us an incredible amount of money for their lack of contracted services

              Lies, lies, and more lies. I made it very clear to the sales team I needed a delivery date of 8 weeks and they guaranteed this delivery time SEVERAL times prior to my purchase. After 16 weeks I received my first shipment of windows, and I'm still missing 4 windows at 20 weeks later, without any specific delivery date on the missing items. I have a massive pile of siding in the front lawn because we cannot finish the home, warped plywood floors, and molded drywall in my new construction because we cannot keep the rain out of the home, but hey at least they made the sale. At this point I'm going to try to get out of the remainder of the contract so I can try to order similar looking windows through another vendor. Make sure you get a delivery time in your contract - but you can guarantee they won't put it in writing. Nightmare so far... See pictures of what Pella windows look like at 20 weeks out (and still counting) with 8 week delivery...
