**** the sales manager sold my daughter a lemon. Vehicle broke down a few days after buying it. Now my daughter is stuck with a broken vehicle with 3500.00 in repairs. Sales manager did not want to accommodate my daughter with any solution to get her in another car of equal value or give her, her money back. **** the sales manager also did not clean nor inspect this vehicle that smelled full of weed. Explained this to her and she claimed it was repoed from another customer. Did not have a temp tag to put on the vehicle and put a dealer’s tag on it. Told us to come back the next day for the temp tag and still no tag. ****** the accountant left when we got there to get more tags. This by far was very unprofessional. Both had nasty attitudes Hung up in my face twice and said they were not helping us because I wrote a bad review on google. Beware this place is nothing but a scam.

Worst experience buying a used car with Carpro. They were perfect when money was being passed. Never buy a car (as is no warranty ) they will not help with issues concerning car. I was pre warned about them and totally ignored the warning. They also gas light the customers when something dealing with car is brought to there attention. The owner and manager do not have good business moral to say the least. I would never let a issue go without tending to dealing with my customers.
    Zero stars!!??

On October 31st I put a down payment of $2000 down on a 2009 Chrysler Sebring. I test drove it and everything was fine. Not even a week later the car ran hot and the check engine light is also on. I had to get the oil changed the very next day and I also had to buy a bulb for the break light. I’ve called repeatedly to get some kind of help from them. I was told it was illegal for me to trade it in or get my money back. They won’t help pay for the work either. Nothing has been done on their end to help me with this car they’ve sold me. Til this day I’m still paying to get the car fixed and to me it’s extremely wrong that I’m not receiving any kind of help from these people. The car recently ran hot again and I had to continue to pull over just to get back to my home. I asked for an extension on my car note because I’m obviously spending all of my money on the work for the car. The lady had a very nasty attitude and also hung up in my face. She told me if the payment wasn’t made the car would be repoed over one payment. I haven’t even had this car a month yet and I’m having all these problems. These people took advantage of someone who was looking to buy their first car and that was wrong. I’m not looking to get out of paying for the car I just wanted a extension. Something will be done to fix this for sure.

Monday I spoke with **** a sales person at the lot. We texted over the week till today Friday I found a explorer they wanted 1500 down but agreed to take 1000. So I put liability insurance like she said and headed to baton rouge from New Iberia. As I'm getting into baton rouge she texted asking for an update I told her I was just getting into baton rouge as I'm pulling up she texted saying Explorer was sold KNOWING I put insurance and was on the way almost 1 1/2 hour drive for her to say sorry only thing here in your price range is a Ford they had to charge to even start and a pilot with NO SIDE WINDOW and the front smashed very rude and attitude just changed like I was washing her time she won't even look up from her computer to talk to me.

I just bought a 2004 Lincoln LS from Carpro Autosales on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge.I bought the car 05/01/2023 by the next week the AC started giving me problems so I asked them they said it just needed freno so I took it to Firestone on Plank rd they tell me that's not the problem it has to much freno so that not the problem and they couldn't help me so the next day I take it to meineke I wait there five hours for them to tell me there a value thats broken an it gonna cost me 785 to fix I was p***ed but I said let's fix it now I've paid 3300 for the car then 900 with taxes and fees for the A.C. now I'm think I shouldn't have anymore problems but then I hear these noises coming from the car front end so I have a friend look at it he tells me that the tierods and ball joints need replacing and that it's dangerous to drive the car in this condition because if they give out completely then I could hurt myself or other driver if I'm driving at the time. So I call them up and they tell me they can't help me because I bought the car As Is so there not responsible for any repairs. I know that I was scammed because they bought this cheap *** car from the back lot at the Auto Aution and that's not where you buy car that are in good running and mechanical shape. The back lot is for cars that run but have mechanical issue there mechanics special and I think Carpro knows that and they are getting these car cheap that barely run and selling them to unsuspecting people like me just to make money that don't care that the car only last a month or even if it breaks down that same day they just trying to make a buck and who cares who they have to screw over in the process. I haven't even received the title because it isn't worth it to get it registered because it's gonna be undriviable very soon. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARPRO THEY ARE A SCAM.

Back in October I lost my car in a wreck, and it was totalled out to about $3800, soon after I purchased this used 2015 Dodge Dart from CarPro for $6000, not knowing what I was getting myself into: I was told that the only issues it had were tire pressure sensors, that it was a fine vehicle... 30 minutes after I drove it off the lot, it falls apart, the suspension and tires come off. I had it towed back to the dealer, demanding a refund, they told me it was illegal to request a refund. They offered to pay for half the damages on the vehicle, so I pay $800, get it back from them a week later, the check engine light is on, and the tire sensors are still broken, so I bring it to a Firestone, they say it's the Catalytic converter, so I pay $2500 for them to replace that, wait a few weeks, drive it around for a day or so, it still feels shaky and scary, so I brought it to **** ****** dodge on airline, and they've had it for almost 2 months now... They have made many more repairs to it, and are still having trouble getting it running, and in total I've spent about $4000 there for repairs. Not to mention the insane amount of money I've had to spend on transportation and food without my vehicle, I am on the verge of homelessness, and am living entirely on credit. I don't know who else to turn to. I can provide documentation and receipts
