I would NEVER use this company. In fact, I never have. Unbeknownst to me, my neighbor hired this company to tow a vehicle and the driver arrived to the job and mistakingly parked in front of my residence in the parking connected to my driveway. To be clear, this parking is designated only for my address. When I heard the noise of the truck running, I went outside to see what was the cause to find the truck unattended in my front parking. Bc the driver wasn’t present to question, I contacted the company number found on the side of the truck. The recept was immediately very rude. As I explained there was an unattended truck on my property, which I think is reasonably odd, before I could complete my description of the situation the recept interrupted me with the retort, “if our drivers there to tow a vehicle he’s going to tow a vehicle”. I responded with the expected frustration advising there was no vehicle being towed from this address. As I tried to further explain the situation, the recept who obviously had resolved to the fact that I was not correct in what I was saying continued to talk over me about the fact the driver was in a side yard — which was incorrect — and not on my property — also incorrect. I then asked to speak or leave a message for someone else hoping I’d get someone who may actually listen to me. She lied and told me she was the only person there. This went on until she hung up on me, nothing resolved. Shortly thereafter, I my neighbor told me that he was there for her vehicle and the driver then moved his truck to a location off my property. My problem has nothing to do with the drivers actions, or even the owner who later called and told me the reception was his daughter. My complaint comes with the attitude I received on the phone, the lie she told her father about me speaking to her in a derogatory way and her refusal to let me speak with someone else. I’ll never do business with this company and don’t know why anyone else would want to.
