5 stars100% recommend this company for any roofing needs! I've never encountered a large group workers who seem to really LOVE what they do! My salesman, ******, made sure everything was going to be covered and was available pretty much 24/7 for any questions or other help he could give. ***** scheduled the installation very quickly. *******, the driver, was my translator with ******, the on site leader, so my technical questions were clearly asked and answered. ****, the supervisor, reached out to introduce himself and to let him know if I had questions or any concerns. The crew at my house, while we couldn't communicate by talking, made sure to let me know about safety while toting my dogs in and out for breaks. They were meticulous in their cleanup! Customer service is obvious the #1 priority for this company and their employees. Thank you!

5 starsI could not be more pleased with a roofing company! I was referred by a relative and am so glad I was. **** ******* is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He was there from beginning to end. He answered every question accurately and timely. He took pictures while on top of my roof and sent them to me to show me what needed to be done. He deals with your homeowners insurance agent to get you what you deserve. They replaced my roof in a little over a half of day and cleaned up as they worked. My roof looks great! 5 starsThe roofing was replaced in little over half a day. I was impressed with how well of a job the did and extremely impressed with how much effort that they took to protect my flowerbeds and cleanup of all the debris.

5 starsMy personal experience with Premier South Roofing was second to none. Communication was fluid from the initial contact to post install. Their craftmanship speaks for itself. The metal and laminated roofing looks great. Additionally, the metal work around my chimney (cricket & flashing) & custom-made chimney cap just place more emphasis on a job well done.

1 starThe size of the plastic downspout drain pipes was too large and had holes throughout. I had to purchase the proper size drain pipes and get my landscape person attach and bury the piping.
Also, none of the three installers sent by Premier South could speak clear English, so there was a definite communication problem as well.Premier South Roofing & Sheet Metal

Thank you for your feedback. I have been trying to reach you for some time to discuss your concerns and review the scope of work outlined in the contract you signed. Based on my review, our team followed the agreed-upon scope precisely.
Regarding the drain pipes, the size and placement were determined based on the necessary structural support for your gutter system. Due to the length of your gutters, a second downspout was required to ensure proper functionality and prevent future issues. While we understand this was not your preferred solution, it was the best option for long-term performance and was discussed with you once we tried it your preferred way and verified it would not work.
We always strive to ensure clear and thorough explanations to our customers. I would be happy to go over everything with you again and address any remaining concerns, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach you. 5 starsExcellent skilled professionals. Respectful of customer property, great skills at detecting unseen underlying damage to make sure the job is done right!! Very pleasant personality to work with, especially when customer have difficulities with their insurance company. They stand by you from the beginning to the end and fight hard for and with you to get your homeowers insurance problems resolved. Highly recommend Premier Roofing. True professionals at its best. 5 stars***** ** came over and gave an accurate estimate for the work to be done. He took measurements of the roof and took a video so I could see the good and bad spots on the roof. He replied later online with the estimate, which I agreed to.
The crew arrived on the day scheduled and replaced the whole roof, including turbines, caps, and vents, in less than a day and a half. Cleanup was thorough and quick. They even spray painted the vents to match the color of the turbines.

5 starsPremier South Roofing recently completed a full roof shingle replacement on our home. Their representative, ** ********, was extremely helpful in working with the insurance company to align on covered storm damage. The assigned work crew was very professional, cordial, and efficient. They also did a very good job of cleanup afterwards (old shingle debris, nails, etc.).
