      Ordered on the McDonald's app before 12 on June 24.2025,get there from Flannery up the street , at 12:10, nothing but 2 cars in the drive thru, I get to the speaker and gives my app code for the order I paid for already, and I gets to the pickup window, I get asked to pull over to reserve 3,but it's people who pulls up behind me gets their order before me and drive off with their order, but I have to wait . I waited almost 30 mins while everyone else gets there food In a timely fashion and drive off, this franchise needs to be investigated because the app doesn't make anything go any smoother or efficient, it's just another business scam for profit , and there is no guarantee that the product or food will be quality, and the fries don't be having any salt, and they don't put ketchup on the bag, we shouldn't have to ask for that, so am saying McDonald's as a whole franchise needs to be investigated for trying to make a profit for poor order performance.

      The location in, plaquemine louisiana has absolutely gone to ****! They don’t prioritize the cleanliness of the store nor do they have good customer service, on multiple occasions ive been disrespected by the workers, then today july 7th 2024, i proceed to order a large fry & turns out i got a large order of bugs. Got some sort of bug smooshed to the box and all his guts on my fries, so i call to notify the store of the incident and in hopes of some apology or anything in general to at least show some concern to the situation. I get a short and blunt response of “okay thank you!” and thats it. Dead silence, i repeated myself again in hopes of a different response and was once again greeted with “okay thank you!” … not a “need to speak with the manager?” or anything of the sorts. just bluntly goes “okay thank you”. absolutely disgusted and not nearly satisfied with this company. The ethics have completely went downhill & it gets easier and easier to get hired by McDonalds so even untrained rude people get hired on. do better mcdonalds
