    My daughter received services from this facility beginning October 5, 2023 ending February 2024. They told me up front that all costs would be covered since she had Medicare and Medicaid due to her being special needs developmentally disabled. Otherwise, I would have paid at each visit when I asked if anything was owed. They assured me everything was covered. Then in February my daughter receives a $385.58 bill! The only thing that I’ve been told by the Account Manager is that they’re sorry and thought it was all going to be covered. Based on all of the details above I would like this to be on record so that, hopefully, this doesn’t happen to someone else.
