              On March 20, I took my doggie to this place to get groomed. He is a 7 year old shih tzu who has been getting professionally groomed since he was 6 months old. I told the people how I wanted him done. When I went to pick him up, his ears were OVERLY short, he was shaggy, it looked unprofessional and the groomer seemed to have an "I don't care" kind of attitude. I gave them the $60 they charged knowing I would never take him back again. That next day, he was whimpering. I saw he had a cut on his belly. I immediately took him back there to show them. They tried to tell me that it was "skin irritation" and that's normal. LIES!!! I asked for the general manager. She called me and said to send her a picture of the cut. I did. It took her 4 days to call me back. She told me she would have a check to me in 2 weeks. I called back today and I was told a new person is taking over and my case is with her. I want my money back and to not deal with their lack of professionalism.

              My wife and I brought our Toy Poodle in for just a bath. I checked her in at 7:30am we call around 11:00 am to see if she was ready they told us the lady was finishing up on her. We called back around 12:30 the person still couldn’t give us any information on when she will be ready. Finally having enough, my wife and I when there the lady at the desk still did not know when she will be ready now it’s 1:30pm We asked her to go back there and find out what’s going on. The lady never started on Tee Tee and had her caged up from 7:30am and they lied to us on the phone. We asked for the manager to file a complaint. No manager never showed up. Our, dog looked a mess like they just took her out of water and gave her to us. She was not combed out or even dried completely. Today I called to see if I could let the manager know what happened and the lady that answered the phone said she in a meeting and will call you back. Until this day no one has called me back and I can never speak to the manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
