I have reached out to Team Honda multiple times this year to exchange my car's fuel pump due to a recall. Each time I speak with someone, they tell me they do not have the part in stock, and they do not know when it will be in stock. When I contacted them in June 2024, they informed me that they would have the part in stock in the fall. When I call, they take my information and do not return the call. I made another call today, 11/14/2024, to inquire about the unreturned call from 11/13/2024, and I had a conversation with ******. She stated that the manufacturer sends a select amount of the part at a time. I inquired as to why they hadn't initiated a caller's list, which would allow them to contact me when they have the part in stock and arrange for a visit. I informed her about the issues I was having with my car, and she suggested that I should bring it in for testing to initiate the process. If the problem is related, they can order the pump. However, since the part won't be available at that time, I'd still have to drive far and return for the actual service at a later date. Regardless, if the car needs the part now or not, if I am inquiring about the repair for the recall, it is my intent to have the recall issue addressed at the forefront of whatever else. ****** suggested I make an appointment and come in to see if the part is available on that day. That is an inconvenience of my time, as I work during most of their service hours and would have to take off with the high risk of the part not being in stock. I would like to be contacted when the part is stocked so that I can bring my car in for service when the part is in stock. Not when enough of it is stocked for everyone, but since I am, constantly calling and inquiring, I would like to be scheduled and contacted as soon as the part is next available. I do not understand why that is so difficult to do.

I purchased a used car from Team Honda in October. The salesman assured me that the vehicle had been serviced. However, after taking the car in for an issue, I am beginning to doubt this. The technician inspected the vehicle and informed me that the rear rotors and brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced. If the car had indeed been serviced, I shouldn’t be experiencing brake issues just two months after the purchase.

I couldn’t leave with the car I just purchased til 2 days later. 2 1/2 weeks later I’m having transmission problems.. I was told at time I f purchase I had a 90 day warranty. When I presented them with the problem, it was, “Oh I didn’t know the warranty wasn’t for foreign vehicles.” But I was told at the time if purchase I did have one. They didn’t communicate much at all from the very beginning. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from.

I took my car to get serviced at team Honda in baton Rouge La. My car was sputter/ stall. On the first diagnostic. A wire from the break I got that fixed . 2 got tthat it was my turbo charger. So I replaced my turbo. My car was still doing the same thing so I took it back in .
The second diagnostic they told me it was my fuel pump regulator assembly that was causing the problem. Now the car is Not starting so they took it for another diagnostic. They said he blew a head gasket. Pretty much need a new motor.. how can they miss something so big from the first and second diagnostic if I would’ve known this last diagnostic first I would not invested in that the brakes and the turbo charger. I would have use the money for a new car

I bought a 2023 Honda accord sport hybrid June of 2023 two weeks after purchasing the vehicle it starting giving me issues such as the dash board and infotainment screen would freeze up and completely erase itself I took it to the dealership 2 times they told me that if it didn’t do it at the dealership there was nothing they could do so they sent me home with the car. A week later I notice the safety system lights were coming on and saying system not working see dealer service soon I took photos of it and showed it to them they once again told me if it did not duplicate it self there was nothing they could do. I took it to them for the 3rd time for the same issue with even more photos and a video and got the same response. The same day I was otw to work and the whole system shut it self down again and erased completely and the dash board froze up I took it to them again on the first week of January and got them same excuse. Then on January 16 I was otw to work traveling at 45-50 mph when the car completely cut off and locked the steering wheel up and said shift to P to restart engine then after restarting the battery and brake system stayed on for 2 day then I took it to them on January 18 and they told me they didn’t know what the issue was with the car but it could be wiring and the wiring harness.

I was told my car had a recall on my air condenser, which possibly was the reason my air wasn’t working. After they fill my car with Freon I picked my car up and was so just wait for the Freon to run out & bring it back. ( it should be blowing cold) after noticing it wasn’t a return right back they said they would check again. My advisor called me after about 20 minutes and informed me the whole system had went out and the parts had to be ordered, to call by 12 Monday. After getting a second opinion and research I was informed the compressor burned out due to the condenser going out. I returned Monday to be told there’s nothing they can do due to the miles I need to pay 2600..
