    September 16.2024 I made down payment of 10,000.00 cash the paperwork showed only 6,000.00 received. I want my money back or another vehicle

    This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr. ******* **** (ID: ********) regarding a discrepancy in his down payment for a vehicle purchased on September 16, 2024.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and work to****s a resolution with Mr. ***** We have carefully reviewed Mr. ****** complaint and our records, we have been able to determine the source of the discrepancy in the down payment amount. We are committed to resolving this matter fairly and are taking the following steps to investigate further: we have provided copies of receipts, we have met with the customer to explain the truth in lending boxes, and we have offered to go over with him again how his downpayment is recorded. We will contact Mr. **** today discuss possible solutions.

    I purchased a 2022 Kia Forte August 15,2024 didn’t received the car until August 28,2024 because it was getting services August 31,2024 my check engine light came ob went to oreilly to check it the reading it’s a cooling performance code so me knowing it’s under a warranty I called Kia in Baton Rouge told them what the code was reading they give me appointment for October 2,2024 I’m like it must not be serious ok September 25,2024 on my way to Kenner my car runs hot I waited til it cool off and manger to get it to kia in Kenner ok get there they tell me they can’t give me a loaner until they find out what’s wrong with the car so I didn’t get a loaner the next day they tells me the part didn’t come in yet it’ll be this afternoon or first thing in the morning so I call the afternoon and she said the maniac will get to it this afternoon or first thing in the morning ok I called the next morning she said that my issue doesn’t fall under the warranty cuz they put in a therostat and it wasn’t one there at all so I call Royal Nissan cuz they trying to make me pay for it and I feel like Royal Nissan didn’t do what they said they did for as getting the car service before I got it

    We have successfully addressed the issue with the vehicle in question and have arranged for it to be serviced under warranty at a Kia dealership. The cost of the repair has been covered by us. As far as I am aware, the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
