      I brought in my Nissan Rogue for a repair of the sunroof on 3 occasions. Due tp it not being fixed correctly the first 2 times, it was stated by ****** that it could be brought to Giles Nissan for repair since it was a more convenient location for my son. After bringing to there for a warranty repair, Royal Nissan refused to let them repair it and insisted that they tow it to their location for repair. The service manager ***** stated that they would also pay for a vehicle rental while it is being repaired. Once the car was repaired and the rental was returned, Royal Nissan had not setup the payment with ***** to cover the rental after it was promised. My son called and texted ***** for 2.5 hours while waiting at ***** for them to pay ****** however, he refused to return phone calls and texts. This forced to pay $204.87 for the rental and now 7 days later, Royal Nissan has still not returned any calls or texts.

We diagnosed the concern then ordered the parts for the sunroof drains. The customer paid $1302.93 upon repair on 12/21. 6/22 the vehicle returned for a water leak. We replaced a glass seal. N/C. 7/22 the customer brought it to ***** ****** in Lafayette for the same leak. Royal Nissan paid the diagnosis, towed it to BR, blew out the drain lines, replaced the entire glass lid, water tested, had the interior professionally cleaned and provided transportation. N/C. We've agreed to refund the customer the entire $1302.93 for repairs performed on 12/21. The customer has been notified.

      On 10/01/21, I visited Royal Nissan; located 9325 Airline Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA XXXXX to purchase a white, 2021 Nissan Sentra. I was informed that there were none available at the dealership. I was told that I, the buyer could Pre-order the car. (in which I did) I purchased a 2021, white Nissan Sentra from Royal Nissan. After completing the paperwork, the financial officer mentioned the salesman, ***** ****** would be in contact with me. On 11/03/21, I arrived at Royal Nissan to pick up my new car. There was a used car that the salesman was trying to sell to me. Un-beknowing to me, the car that I thought I had pre-ordered and that I was picking up turned out to be a USED vehicle that the DEALERSHIP was selling to me. The treatment towards me was UNFAIR and DISRESPECTFUL! See attachment for detailed explanation.

With that said 100% satisfaction is our promise. I will happily provide the 3 years maintaince she is requesting. The maintaince contract is only valid at our store. It will be active immediately. She only needs the VIN for any service adviser to locate. Should Ms. **** have any questions please feel fee to reach out to me at any time.
