              Indescribable. More staff than patients many times. Not handicap-accessible. Vitals were made up; not taken. No help with hygiene but I was there for help with recent nerve damage to arm. Food wasn’t nutritious. Everyone miserable. We paid bill on time. Not BBB recognized; we did not know. Didn’t resemble behavioral hospital; more like a cheap hotel. Minimal access to basic water. Two or 3 gallons in a locked day room. One wheelchair. No NP avail or MD. Only one kind RN. Given unknown meds. Only ate cookies. No safe shower chair. Smoke breaks frequent.
