    I bought a homeowners policy from Allstate Insurance for app. $310,000 coverage. Had wind,hail,rain,tornado activity that did a significant amount of damage to my home, devalued that small portion. Allstate has paid a very small amount towards the damage to my home, they deny almost every aspect of this legitimate claim, refuse to allow me a local adjuster who can visibly see the damage and fairly act in good faith. I have called over and over trying to get the adjuster, *******************, claims in ****** to treat me fairly and she refuses to. I asked my agent, Shawn Coffey to help and he says that he cant. Im exhausted trying to make Allstate do their job but they know Im a 77 year old disabled female and they use that to deliberately cheat me.

    I have spent several hours with the insured reviewing their claim and listening to the concerns. I have advocated on behalf of the insured. However, I do not have control over the decisions made by the claims department, and it should not be a negative reflection on my individual business.
