My dad had a procedure 2 1/2 hours ago. He's in a lot of pain and we keep calling the nurses desk. Nobody came, so I'm in the hallway flagging someone down. The Dr hasn't even talked to us about what's next! We have no idea what's going on and they keep saying they're coming, but they don't. My dad is till in pain, they still haven't come in to see him.

Horrible! The attending nurse was great then comes the doctor. Pleasant as he was he left when his sift was over. Another doctor comes in. This doctors prescribes pain meds and no spasm relief. I was told I needed to return to the ER to get pain spasm relief. This would create a large bill for one slither of relief. Shame on you And your facility….

BCBS paid OLOL money that should have been paid directly to Terence for a Cancer policy. BCBS has requested money be returned to BCBS but OLOL only sent half of one $28000 payment and none of the $5000 payment. OLOL has not returned calls from appropriate departments/navigator and Customer Service department cant help. Katie Michaud in insurance overpayments won’t return calls

Our Lady of the Lake Hospital is a ZOO. I went there with a urinary tract & kidney infection & I waited almost 3 hours to be seen in the emergency room. I went there at 2:00pm and left after the pain got a lot worse. I then got a call after 12:30 that night to see why I left. Are you serious? I would have waited for 10 1/2 hours to be seen. The hospital should be shut down!

The nurses in the ER nursing staff have to be the most incompetent people. They are rude and uncaring. I understand that they are busy but when you have a person concerned about their parents they can at least fake sympathy or empathy. Something. All they do is wait for a resident's order. The nurses does not do any physical assessments. They just walk around joking and laughing with each other. We can barely get a cup of water from them. I sat there in the ER for 7 1/2 hours talking to 6 different residents who didn't have a clue what they were talking about who told me 6 different stories. I had to wait until hospital medicine come in clarify order and admitted her. Thankfully they did because my mother would have drowned in her own fluids. Nurses bring a pill every 2 hours. They don't offer food or drinks and they don't offer supplies to clean her after using the restroom on herself. What kind of "top notch" facility can't provide a pitcher of ice water and briefs or diapers. That is embarrassing, my mother want and need help and would like to protect her pride at the same time. They left her in CT for over 1 1/2. They been done but the nurse didn't even realize she was gone so my friend and I tried to find her but was turned around. Sad things is I started as a RN 15 years ago and it has changed for the worse. Half janitors don't clean rooms properly. We waited in the hall until a room was available in the ER and the room was suppose to be clean and the trash can was full. They use the same nasty mop water for each room. Poor excuse for a hospital. PPP equipment was not given to my mother but luckily I carry my own. My friend will validate this story. Now she is back in the same ER due to a fall and hitting her head. She had a small bleed on her CT, I have the actual CD and they refuse to do a MRI. My mother was fully functional now confused and they won't order a MRI. Why is she being treated this way. I will seek legal action against this bs.

Terrible care!!! Terrible!!!!!! My mom went to the ER.. ended up admitting her for emergency gallbladder surgery. Room a mess, no one assisting her.. horrible experience! What in the world has happened to this huge hospital?? They are not on top of their game in care!!! Never will she go back there, never!! Filthy!
