      On Monday 4-17-2023 I went to Home line Furniture looking for a sofa. I sat in a lot of sofas & came to one I thought I liked. There was a young man there I was talking to. I ask him if the sofa had high density cushions. He ask the manager who was in hearing distance, she said yes. Which was why I was considering the sofa. If she had said no I would have not wanted it. So I purchased the sofa & loveseat. After sitting on the sofa at home for a little while the cushions started sinking which was very uncomfortable. I went back to the store Thurs 4-20-23 and ask if I could return and she told me no after it has been in my home. I even ask if I could exchange she said no but would have her boss call me by the end of that day or the next day. I went home & later decided to find the sofa online to check what the cushions were made of & found they were not made with high density foam but with high resilience foam which is very different. I went back to the store the next day, She wasn't there. This is when I found out she is the mgr. I talked to the young guy again & I ask him if he remembered the conversation about her saying yes when ask if they were high density. He did. He gave me her card to call her & said that was the only way I could speak to her boss was through her. I called her, she did not answer but I left a message asking her to call me. Still no one calls. I went back on Sat .I did not see her but the young guy was there & told me her boss would be there on Mon at 3:00 & would work something out . I arrived about 20 till on Mon & was trying to tell her I know I'm a little early , but all she would say was that they wouldn't take the furniture back after being in my home . I ask about her boss being there & again she said she would have him call me. I told her that she told me they were high density foam but they weren't She didn't seem to think that mattered. She said "well you sat on it" she wasn't taking it back. I wouldn't have bought had I known.
