    ***** ****** who appears to be the service coordinator at this company has a terrible work ethic. He is extremely unhelpful . Complete information was provided to him and extra work went in to getting assistance for warranty work and then after waiting three weeks they declined completing repairs. If there is an option to use any other servicer in this area DO IT! They don't deserve to

    Beware of rude and hateful customer like this one that thinks they control your business when they don't. The location she wanted us to go was 2 1/2 away from our office. Which was out of our service area. So since we turned it down she has been on a rant ever since. Also keep in mind I'm in Louisiana and she is in Wisconsin so their not a local customer or business. Like the old song says "you can't always get what you want".

    The response that I am in Wisconsin is correct, but I work with senior living homes all around the US. The service request was for a facility in Louisiana. Extra work was done to get warranty coverage for extended travel so there would be no issue with payment for the long drive. There was no reason to deny the service request after the extended travel authorization was provided by the manufacturer . This company was just trying to prove a point by denying my service request " because they could " and i have emails to prove it. There was no other valid reason to deny the request after travel was discussed and would have been paid for . Trust me when I say that I do not do this often as I work in customer service and deal with messy situations all the time . This is the first company I have ever had such a bad experience with that I felt the need to say something about it and stand up for my customer and both my dissatisfaction and theirs. This complaint was also provided to the manufacturer and I requested this vendor be removed from the preferred warranty provider list.
