    The details of the email sent on October 28,2022 are below: We are writing you to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the poor service that you and your company provided during our event on Sunday, October 23, 2022. While the event was a nice the level of unprofessionalism and poor quality that we experienced goes beyond words. Disorganization and lack of urgency resulted in a late start of our event, which is truly unacceptable. As a client who paid in full prior to the event, we expected your company to be fully staffed and capable of handling the job that you promised would be done. Although you stated that a one-week notice was too late to cancel and remove the Chiavari chairs from our order, the chairs were late being delivered (along with the Marquee Letters) to the event and they were filthy. Please see attached photo evidence of your dirty chairs and food stained /broken chargers.You were specifically told that our event start time was 11:30 am and the job was nowhere close to completion at that time. As a result, to ensure that we started the program at a reasonable hour, the younger undergraduate members, who were also guests of the event, stepped in to help you. You readily accepted the help and began instructing them to fold your napkins, clean your charger plates, set the tables, etc. While some of our ladies were helping you with the table settings, another group of ladies was on the box truck, unloading and moving the chairs into the space. Believe it or not, even your own staff was embarrassed and apologized to us for the hectic and chaotic service as they recognized it was unprofessional and unfair to paying clients. Additionally, the Lod Cook Hotel is billing us $300 due to the late load-out time on behalf of your company and we kindly request that you reimbursed us for that fee. We are beyond appalled and expect an immediate remedy. Furthermore, we are also asking for a (minimum 50%) refund of your services and to compensate for our unexpected labor and unreceived items. For 170 people, we were originally quoted a total of $4,450 including the following items. Please note that the following highlighted items were not received on the day of the event: · Lounge Area (Sofas Bench Chairs pink/green pub tables bar stools) · -Glass Charger Plate (All tables did not receive chargers) · -Napkins (1 out of 15 tables received napkins) · -Menu Cards · bar back shelves (2) Once Again, as previously requested, please provide us with an itemized receipt of services rendered for our records. We would like to see the price breakdown of each unreceived item.
