              I was looking for a way to contact someone over the entire clinic but have no way to. This is my primary care physician office in Donaldsonville and I hate to schedule an appointment anytime I need to. I’m always feeling like I’m begging for an appointment “when they do answer the phone or click back over from putting me on hold.” Now knowing they offer counseling- my brother went through a tragic situation and we’re trying to get him help. His appointment is nearly 1mnth away after explaining he need it asap. No empathy! He made a mistake and walked in today - (mind all over the place) as I explained. He called me to tell me how rude and disrespectful he was treated by the lady at the front desk. CareSouth need to give the ladies at the front desk better training. I get it - I hate working some days too. But this is Everytime you go or call. I love Mrs. ***** but I think I may have to change doctors.
