Hi,my name is ***** I'm a 27 year old Nursing college student. I went to Meineke car care back in June to get my air fixed which I had quoted 1200 dollars and I was okay to pay but I ended up paying 3800 dollars for a job that still isn't complete.I have used this car repair place many times me and my mom on many vehicles but this far has been my worse experience.The guy ***** who usually works there is awesome and I never had a issue with him,he is polite, calls before work is done,recently just left and then a guy name *** whom made an easy fix the worse experience ever.He kept my car 3 weeks just for an air issue charged me for storage did work then told me it was 3800 and if I didn't pay to get my car it would be held then towed away.I paid to get my car but since then I have brought my car back 4 times because my air is STILL NOT WORKING.I have asked for my money back to go somewhere and they refused.I live in Louisiana where it gets up to 100degree with a child this is not acceptable.This last go around I took my car they said it was a fuse that needed to be changed which is 700 dollars to repair and I am not understanding what I just paid for. I don't have the money to keep putting out while they play the guessing game.The owner ******* has been avoiding my calls and I would really just like my air fixed.
