      I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Go Auto Insurance, particularly from my assigned claims adjuster. I called for clarification about my policy after a recent car accident, and instead of being met with empathy and professionalism, I was insulted and spoken to with a rude, dismissive tone during a call at 8:00 a.m.
      As a customer going through the stress of a vehicle loss, I expected clear communication and support. Instead, I felt disrespected, talked down to, and left more confused than before. I have never been treated this poorly by any insurance company, and this experience has made it clear that I will never be returning to Go Auto Insurance.
      The adjuster, ******, may have helped in certain aspects of the claim, but professionalism should never be compromised. The tone and attitude used were entirely unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone already in a difficult position.
      I’m leaving this review not out of malice, but because I hope this company improves how it trains its representatives to handle sensitive conversations. Every customer deserves to be heard and treated with respect, regardless of the situation.

      Go Auto Insurance admitted 100% liability after their insured hit my parked Tesla. Despite written instructions not to issue payment without my authorization, they sent unsolicited settlement links with low offers and ignored my final demand letter for Tesla-certified repair costs and diminished value.
      I provided Tesla’s official repair estimate ($2,377.27) and real market data showing a $4,850 diminished value loss. Instead of resolving the claim in good faith, they stalled and deflected responsibility by suggesting I use my own insurer.
      I’ve now filed a Nevada Division of Insurance complaint and a Small Claims Court lawsuit due to their bad-faith handling. I’m seeking fair payment and proper resolution.

      I was in a car accident December 4, 2024 still waiting for a payout signed vehicle over to them March 7, 2025. I have not received anything. I will never go with to go Auto again.

      0 STARS! No one answers the phone, currently 1 hour waiting. No one answers emails either. Been fighting this claim that I was not at fault for for months!

      Lazy people worst rates worst policy options, absolute awful customer service. Just sat on hold 30 minutes for a QUESTION. How freaking lazy are you and the stupid music I have to listen to on hold. Hate this company hope it fails and owner goes bankrupt

      had one of their drivers hit my new car that only had 300 miles on it, the driver decided to take off as the cop was pulling up. After contacting the go auto it took 35 minutes to say they can't start a clime i need to contact the owner of the car that hit me which is their job. I got ahold of my insurance who contacted them to get it going. the next day I get an email from ****** ***** saying they need more info and to call them. After contacting them and being on hold for 1.5 hours with no answer. They have my contact info but too lazy to reach out the right way.

      horrible service.. too many flags with this company. Talked to ******  Phoenix area. We were interested in new insurance. Provided him our current declaration. Have spoken to him several times. Said he had a quote ready for us...but have not seen anything. This has been going on for a week.. Adios Go Auto Insurance...You must be a flake.... unethical or something. Watch out people!!!!!

      There was an incident that I could not prevent on my way home from work, and I tried too many times to contact them to inform the company what happen before and after I filed a claim. I'm still stuck with a vehicle that want even move anymore, and my car play a major role towards my employment. I refuse to give a star because this should be placed in the eyes of the media-Because if it was, I along with many others would not be on this site right now. These types of situations will drain you mentally and cause frustration-But not me because if you're rotten, I will not hesitate to expose you because I work too hard for my money and I want all of mine back.

      I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Go Auto Insurance, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. My experience has led me to believe that their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered. I spent nearly two hours on hold and playing phone tag with a casualty claim adjuster named Ms. Simon, which was incredibly frustrating.
      To provide some context, I was driving home from a relaxing visit to the barbershop on my new 2023 motorcycle when I was struck from behind by a driver in a 2020 pickup truck. It felt as though the other driver acted as if nothing had happened. I could have easily become another statistic, with the news reporting a reckless motorcyclist involved in accident, all while I was simply stopped at a red light.
      To add insult to injury, the supplemental claims department seemed to operate on a model of issuing the lowest possible checks. When I requested a fair amount, they responded with an even lower offer. Congratulations to Go Auto and ******* ***** ******* for their "exceptional performance"—a performance that felt far from exceptional.
      Furthermore, I encountered an individual named Donnie Harrison, who I can only describe as rather inexperienced and lacking in knowledge. It's frustrating when younger individuals in this industry are not given enough credit for their expertise; unfortunately, this experience has shaken my faith in finding genuinely good customer service in today's world.
      This entire ordeal has solidified my belief that insurance companies prioritize profits over their customers' well-being. As someone who works hard to maintain my vehicle, witnessing the decline in its value due to a lack of support from my insurance company has been disheartening.
      If you find yourself in a situation requiring insurance assistance, I advise you to seek out a reliable mechanic or, even better, a competent lawyer. As the saying goes, "If you want something done right, do it yourself!"
