I wish to return my oven and was told by **** that would be fine he”d do whatever I wanted he would happily refund . Then he said no, that’s a special order and I could not return the item. No paperwork signed no mention of a special order before purchase or delivery. At the time of the writing I haven’t received any proof of purchase. Please advise as how to move forward. I tried to work with them to resolve this matter to no avail.

March of 2024 Stanton's provided all the appliances for my new home. 2 months after moving in we began having problems with about half of the appliances installed.
Stanton's confirmed the oven hood never functioned up to spec and said they will not resolve the issue.
The refigerator and freezer randomly vibrate and the servuce tech said he doesn't know what the problem is and can't fix it.
The pump on the ice maker is malfunctioning and the repair tech disputes this.
For 10 months now we have waited for the parts for an oven light and only in the last week have they offered to come install them.
I am unavailable in the afternoons and have offered mornings for a full week and they insist they can't guarantee a morning visit.
I feel that I have been beyond patient and resonable and now they are stalling just to avoid the repairs because I know I'm not available.

The vent hod is mounted to high off the range . It is pulling the correct cmf. Measured with a cmf meter not long after the installation by ***** *******. We have sent pictures to the factory and the factory recommends it to be lowered to a standard height.(36" off the range max ) Not the ceiling. It will not pull from the outer edge of the 60" hood the same as the middle and no way to make it do that.

We changed parts on the refrigerator / freezer combo to get the power cutting off issue corrected . If the vibrating is still a problem we can come and check it again if needed.

We did drop the ball on the light part being ordered and were working on it now. We do have parts ordered as of 5/1/25. Our service tech was out to the house

      4/30/2025.

If the ice maker is still having a issue we can look at it . We did change 2 parts on it but its been working when were there.

Any issues with the appliances we are more than happy to address but meeting up at a exact time is hard. We will do our best.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, ***** came and measured the CPM for the hood and it read some where around 950 CPM, and that was without the filters at the opening of the duct. The hood is advertised as pulling over 1200 CPM. There is no paperwork that states the unit should be pulling less than the advertised amount.

As for the height of the hood, ***** had the drawings for the kitchen and knew the height of the hood when he reccomended this specific hood.

The refridgerator part that was replaced was a power supply and not connected to the issue of the vibration. The technician said he was unable to diagnose the vibration problem and couldn't reccomend a solution. It's still a problem.

Dropping the ball on the oven light would have meant a month delay, maybe even 3, but 10 months is neglect, not a simple mistake.

No, these are not issues that were diligently addressed, this appears more to be a systemic lack of willingness to fullfill obligations and direct attempt to ware down cutomer's resolve to have issues fixed.

      Sincerely,
