    When I tell you this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, I mean it! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use this fraudulent company. I was assigned to Trusted Handz through my home warranty company. ***** came to my home to service my fridge with a broken ice maker and leak. The only service done was adding freon. Days later I called him and stated that nothing improved, and it still wasn't working. I had MULTPLE appointment dates where he neither called nor showed up at all. As a side note, this "company" has THREE phone numbers, and the same man answers all three. Another point, this "business" has no real address. He comes up with excuses each time as to why he didn't call or show up. My warranty company authorized for a new ice maker, and he called to tell me I have to purchase the part myself and I would be reimbursed by him because it was "not feasible" for the company to front the money. So, I was told that Trusted Handz can't afford a $240 + tax part??? I called each number multiple times a day for MONTHS and have yet to hear from him. This has been going on for five months. So, he got the money for my service call and for the needed part. TRUSTED HANDZ IS A SCAM. I have NEVER worked with a worse company. He needs to be flagged and reported. If you need appliance repair, call literally anyone else.

    We are sorry that you had this experience. Choice Home Warranty is the scam. They literally withheld funds from our company and expect us to complete jobs without paying. Turnaround on invoicing should 45 days. Some jobs we are still waiting on Money from the company. I would advise joining another home warranty because we stop doing business with choice. Apologize this has happened to you. But choice is a horrible company for customer n contractor
