  Very disappointed in this whole business, the warranties are worthless, but are built up to be the best, the sales manager who we spoke with about the issues with this camper was no help at all and didn’t seem too interested in helping us. Just a horrible experience all around. Please do your homework before going to this place to buy anything.

  If it would allow to give zero stars, I would. I came here highly recommended by a friend about how great it was. My experience was the opposite. By far worst experience of any place I have been. Everything seemed to be extremely disorganized, with no communication between departments. I came in looking for a unit I would be using as my full time residence while traveling for work. After going around the lot I found a brand new model that would seem to suit my needs. That marked the end of where things went well. After beginning my walkthrough certain specific features I stated I was looking for, and was told were on the unit were not, and when questioned about it the response I received was, “This is the one you bought.” This being my first camper, I had stated I had no idea about how they operate multiple times, so the details I were told I was expecting to be true. Expecting a detailed demonstration on how every aspect operates was not what I received. I was repeatedly asked if I had any questions, and having zero knowledge and experience with this, you don’t know what kind of questions to ask, which makes the whole process even more aggravating. Any specific question I did have was met with no actual answer or solution. which is of no help. Many things that were said previously as a fact during negotiations were not honored after paperwork signing. When pickup day finally did arrive, I called and informed them almost two hours in advance of my arrival. When I get on-site to retrieve my purchase I had to wait almost an hour before leaving because they could not locate my keys. Once the keys are found, I leave with my purchase, and get the camper parked, two of the stabilizing jacks immediately break. With this being a brand new unit, that was not to be expected. I had to return the camper to the dealer only three days after pickup to have two of the four stabilizers replaced. Just a week after that the unit had to be returned for a defective slide.

  The very worst experience ever. I would never again recommend primo RV of Alexandria for camper sales. Once you drive away with it, they do nothing to help you. Don't buy warranties they don't do anything either.
