    I dropped my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition off for right front end damage on 4-18-2022 and was suppose to be a 3 day repair according to the full damage report from my Insurance Company which I have in hand, and a lady would call or text the update thru carwise .com and every time it would be more and more time added to the fixing process, And finally on 5-10-22 which was 17 working days for this three day repair, I decided to go turn in my rental since I had the rental for 29 days. And drove over to this body shop and they are saying they discovered a broke grill insert so they had to get approval from the insurance company to replace it. so you do the math on this one,, it took this body shop 17 days to realize the grill insert was busted, and its out front in plain site for anyone to see, that it needed replacing. and another part right above the grill is out of line on the driver's side. They are blaming the parts delay on covid I guess cause it does not, I repeat it does not take 17 days to discover a part in front of vehicle needs to be replaced. Any good certified technician would have gone over all damaged parts as soon as the vehicle arrived and submitted that for approval to the insurance company and once it was approved ordered ALL parts at once and had this vehicle fixed within a week at the most not 17 day. Plus last but not least I have locking lug nuts on this vehicle and when I dropped it off for repairs I placed my key lock for these lugs in a small plastic bag in the cup holder O discovered it was missing when I got back home with the car , I found my plastic bag but the key lock was not in it or no where in vehicle, and I know from previous experience the wheel has to be removed to replace or repair the fender well insert. I called this morning (5-11-22) and talked to an unknown person and he said he would tell ***** the shop foreman to call but as of this complaint he has not returned this call.

    I wrecked 2018 Z71 October 19th 2023! Ray ****’s picked up my Z 71 GMC the 27th of 10-27-23! It took Ray ****’s over 6 months to work on my 2018 Z71, looks like they had problems getting the supplements from my insurance company Farm Bureau of Jena La! My 2018 Z71 is missing the Z71 off road decal on driver side of bed, GMC Z71 is also missing black skid protector inside doors at bottom! As far as Ray ****’s body work go I give them 4 STARS, my truck had 1/3 tank of gas in it when they picked it up GMC 2018 only had 1/4 of a tank! Chris the shop foreman filled it up but that’s beside the point they have a thief either at Ray ****’s or George *****, where my truck was taken to replace the rear axel! George ***** replaced the rear axel they installed my rear break calipers upside down and on wrong sides therefore when I was pulling my horses in my horse trailer I DID NOT HAVE ANY BREAKS! I spoke to Mr. George ***** he apologized and said they would fix it correctly and fill up my truck! Well that put me with out a truck for 3 more days! How would I rate service at George ***** 1 out of 10 I’d give them a big fat 1 because I could have killed my self my horses and anyone in the path of my truck and horse trailer, or my grandbabys if they would’ve been in my truck! I don’t believe a new employee should be allowed to work on breaks without a VERY VERY EXPERIENCED employee! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GEORGE HAWKS TO ANYONE! I wouldn’t recommend either business for severely wrecked vehicles Ray ****’s I could give a 3 but then somewhere there’s a thief so I’d drop back to a 2! George ***** I’d still rate as a 0 because of life threatening situations I was in because of there neglect to follow up behind a new mechanic also while repairing the axel to fix calipers and breaks George Hawkes broke off a bolt so instead of them telling us they opted to just weld it on!! NOT GOOD ALL THE WAY AROUND DO NOT USE EITHER BUSINESS RAY ***** OR GEORGE *****!
