      In March 2023 I hired J and J fencing and pool to fix my fence and repair and add tiles to my pool . It took them until November 2023 to fix my fence . The pool leak and tiles still aren’t finished. I paid them in November because they told me it was finished. In reality that hasn’t even touched the crack in the pool and left off 4 pool tiles . I have been calling , texting and even drove to Wallen’s in person and still cannot get them to commit to a date . They tell me the stuff is in but there’s always an excuse as to why they don’t show up .

      We were hired for two separate jobs in 2023. A fence job and a job to replace tiles on an old pool. From the original conversation with this customer, I had stated we do not have a "tile guy," but I would try to accommodate her and find someone during the summer to do this job being the homeowner had the tiles. We fit fencing in when we can during the summer and are up front with our customers about this. We had a break in schedule and completed the fence job to which the customer paid for and was satisfied. Later one of my guys found the time to go down and put up the tiles on customer's older pool. The pool water was filthy, and customer had only stated she had wanted tile retiled, my laborer completed this. Spring of 2024 the customer started calling stating my laborer had not replaced four tiles and filed in one crack in her pool. As the invoice states, we were not hired for a crack in the pool, and the four tiles down must have fallen throughout winter as this is an old pool after he hung previous ones. I explained we could try and find the time to come look at this, but it was not part of the original job. After the customers persistent harassment, I went ahead and sent the laborer back to hang the tiles that had fallen throughout the winter, no fault of ours. The customer paid and the jobs were completed.
