    Had inspector come out to home and bluntly missed major issues that when other contractors came out to repair asked how they missed this and now we have over 50K in damages that could have been narrowed down if we had a proper inspection

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At Inspection Plus, we have been committed to serving our clients with the highest standards since 1992. We take all feedback seriously and strive to address any issues promptly and fairly.
    Firstly, we would like to clarify that this is the first time we have been made aware of any issues regarding the inspection that took place over two years ago. Home inspections are non-invasive evaluations and are not warranties. Our records show that the report and the complaint and inspection order names do not match, indicating potential discrepancies that need to be clarified.
    The inspector who performed this inspection is an ****-licensed home inspector and strictly follows state guidelines. According to **** law, there is a 12-month complaint deadline for all home inspection-related issues, which necessitates that any complaints be reported within that period.
    Despite the time elapsed and the discrepancies noted, we want to emphasize our commitment to client satisfaction. Although we are not obligated to refund the home inspection fee, we strive to help our clients to the best of our abilities. Therefore, we are willing to refund the home inspection fee of $445 to the client listed on the inspection order as a gesture of goodwill.
