    This filthy group ASSURED me- through an anorexic widow- a drugged out helper- and via phone communications- that I would be credited the late charges through Covid- and reimbursed my amount paid- as I DID NOT WANT AN ADDITIONAL BURIAL with my deceased spouse! I over paid- waited their response. Had ‘Lynn’ say she’d go to bay for me—- she pressed for payment that was overpaid- with my last check. My phone number NEVER changed- yet I have NO refund- NO response- NO box for my children’s father- and disgust. I will pray every single day for God to destroy this filthy group. Jennifer…Kim…Greg…SYL…and Jillian. For your breach of confidentiality- filth- and nonsense- you’ll continue to be prayed against until you rectify your filth with Floral Hills and beyond…you weak,filthy souls.

    I wish I could give zero stars!! I would never recommend floral hills to anyone! For years my family and I have been dealing with this awful place! It first started with my grandpa when he passed away and they had someone stealing the vases and scrapping them! Then over the years theres been ***** theft (Little stones, hanging baskets, toy cars)! But this, this tops it off! Removing things from peoples ****** without a notice. Youre literally stealing a little bit of comfort from familys who are dealing with a loss of a loved one. Then you have a funeral home employee say do you know how many phone calls wed have to make? Excuse me but thats uncalled for and you should be fired! I dont care how many phone calls youd have to make, how many letters you would have to write! This is completely disrespectful to all the people that have loved one buried here! Also I bet from all the reviews that people are leaving, and all the bad publicity you are receiving over ******** and hopefully now news stations, that you wish you wouldve made those many phone calls or wrote those many letters! I cant believe that there are such sick people in this world that would do this. Just completely heartless monsters! You are supposed to be caring for our loved ones even though that theyre gone, that is your job. That is what you have been paid to do!Yet someone was told that in the brochure and in the fine print that only to have flowers in the vase. Excuse me but for years I have been coming to the cemetery to visit loved ones and this rule has never been enforced. If youre going to have a rule you need to enforce it 100% completely all the way. Not just one day decide that youre going to follow the rules and not notify anyone! I dont think you understand the emotional distress you have caused so many people! How many hearts you have broken!
