    I originally bought two storage spots.I paid them up for three months each. Well I ended up buying another storage unit . I had paid half price for the first three months on the parking spot and the first unit. Although I didn't receive half of my third unit IDK why sense it would had been the first three months to that unit being opened. I moved out of the parking spot a half of month before the next billing cycle. They called me and told me that I owed him the next month's bill. I hadn't been there for a half month. They stated that I had to do a 10-day move out notice so I put in my 10-day move-out notice that day I paid the next month even though I didn't need the spot. And even though I had done paid up three months as well it don't make no sense why I even told anything that next month. That being said it would have only been half off what I owed right but no no it wasn't not at all. So then they told me that whenever I asked for my credit back on what I paid over out of the next month cuz I put in my 10-day move out notice they told me the 10 days didn't start until it would have run into the last of the 10 days running into the next billing cycle so even though I put it in 20 days before they didn't start it until it would run out on the last day of my billing cycle that month therefore I would get no credit back. I'm upset he then proceeds to print me out of receipt saying they gave me $20 cash and he told me to sign it I went on and signed it and then he told me he wasn't going to give me no money. Then he told me he would mail me a check which I've still yet to receive. Top that off I went on and moved out of my other one unit completely out of it gave him a 10 day move out notice again they said the 10 days didn't start until the 10 days would end on the next billing cycle therefore I wouldn't get no credit back it was still paid up another month so then they only gave me half a month credit still owed for that next month or else I would be locked out.
