    I needed a roof replacement as well as windows and gutters to my garage. My indoor ceiling had cracks that to be fixed and repaired. The ceiling in my living was left a mess. I complained so they came back and they fixed it but now it’s cracking and they will not come back out. I have a contract. They are to honor their work for 5 years

    We performed an interior repair of the living room and kitchen in accordance to the client's insurance scope. The kitchen was only approved for a painting of the ceiling, and the living room was approved for one patch 6 SF. The insurance paid out $1,253.49 for the interior repairs, not $7,000. We did perform the other repairs such as the roof, gutters, and window as stated in the scope. For all repairs it totals out to $6,915.37. There are no other complaints for the other work performed.

    During the patch repair in the living room, we explained to the client that the texture of her ceiling was an issue as the new patch would not blend well. We came to agreement to level out her ceiling to have no texture at no extra cost, the insurance did not pay out for any of this either. All other damages were not covered by insurance and the client did not bring up any concerns about it before sending the completion to the insurance company and closing out the claim. All other damages the client states were not touched by us, therefore we are not responsible. Our 5 year workmanship warranty only applies to the work performed by us and does not include wear and tear. The damages the client claims are from wear and tear/ age of the house. 

    We contacted the client shortly after sending this complaint and we fixed the portion we are responsible for. During this the client became aggressive and kicked us out of her home. 

    Attached is the insurance scope with the highlighted interior repair portion as well as pictures of the work we performed and the damages that we were not approved to do.
