This happened on 07/25/2021 eve/night shift. I am writing this for my mother because she is not able to herself and she is in my care 24/7. I have never been so upset and disgusted in my life. My mother is sitting there in your Emergency room and just called me crying. My mother is a kidney failure patient, diabetic, heart disease, and has not been able to have a bowel movement in 2 full weeks and is unable to eat. She came to the ER tonight sick and in so much pain. When she arrived she was the only one in the ER. They took her back, got her a room, and then she waited. After she sat there almost 2 hours wondering why no one was seeing her when no one was there all she did was walk up to the desk and politely asked was anyone coming to see her. She was worried and thought they forgot about her. She has trouble remembers things at times as it is and is a very nice Christian woman. She called me crying after a small man short wearing blue scrubs told her she can either go back to her room or if you do not like it then leave! She said he yelled this at her in an abusive tone. WHEN DID IT BECOME OK TO DISRESPECT PEOPLE? WHEN DID IT BECOME OK TO TREAT A SICK ELDERLY WOMAN ABUSIVE AND TALK TER HER LIKE SHE IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS MAN IS BUT IF THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU HAVE TREATING AND CARING FOR PATIENTS THEN THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN! I AM SICK THAT YOU WOULD ALLOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS! When she gets back home I will never trust my mother's care to this hospital again for any reason! All of you need to be fired and an entirely new team be brought in. Truly disgusting!
