      I entered into a contract with C2G Environmental on February 10th 2021 after a house fire . The contract stated they would have the house restored back to or in better than it was before the fire and would be done within 90 days yet here it is nearly a year later and the house is still unfinished . I have given them chance after chance to finish it and do it the right way but because of Covid they have used every excuse In the world as to why they have not finished it. They say they had an emergency or everyone is getting tested the can't get supplies and so on. For one if they were going to have the job finished in 90 days all the supplies should have already been bought or at least ordered so when they wait till ten months later to order a vanity for the bath and can't find the right one I have to agree to something I didn't want in order to just get them to put one in. They were suppose to replace the HVAC system and although you can see the fire damage to the outside air unit have still put the old unit back in place. I gave them a check from my insurance company for 64,345.22 on February 10th 2021. The main guy that signed the contract will not answer any of my calls or respond to any text messages. Has his secretary Alayna handle everything. When she is there and half the time she won't answer a text or phone call. They say they call and no one ever answers but have never left a message. If they had i would call them back. But there is no missed calls from the numbers i have. I have seen other companies build houses and businesses from the ground up in the past few months and have all the materials they need so I have a hard time believing that this company can't get the supplies. They have not been to my house to do any work that I have seen in weeks. Was suppose to let me know something yesterday when they got back In the office after the holiday. But would not answer and did not contact me. I just want my home fixed the way it is suppose be now and livabl

      Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/03/13) */ Some projects go smoother than others however, unfortunately on this project, there were certain events that took place that prohibited our crews from working within the time frame allotted for this project. In the case of professionalism, we will not go into detail on the events that took place onsite when we would show up to work that prevented work from being performed during the original schedule for the project. In good faith, and instead of cancelling the contract, we continued to work on the project every day we were able access the job and when our schedule permitted. To address the "excuses" statement we did indeed have a very unfortunate case of continued illness within our company. In total we had 7 cases of COVID 19, stemming from our onsite technicians extending to every single member of our office staff. This did have an adverse affect on our scheduling as, not only were we short staffed during this period, we certainly could not risk sending technicians into peoples' homes during this time knowing that they had either been exposed to COVID 19 from their coworkers or had been sick themselves. In closing, again for the sake of professionalism, we choose not to go into great detail of the chain of events leading to where we are now with the project. Instead, we want to express the fact that we stayed committed to finishing the project despite many obstacles and are now substantially complete. There are a few minor finishing details yet to be completed that we will ensure get finished. We would welcome a follow up in a couple weeks to confirm. We appreciate all of our clients and strive to satisfy every single one of them. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot achieve this goal. However, this certainly will not stop us from trying.
