    We rent from this property and they kept me and 4 and 3 year old in awful living conditions. It was roach infested. I had made multiple attempts at asking them to fix it . Then my toilet and bath tub filled up with the upstairs neighbors poop and pee and wouldn’t come out to fix it and tried to make me wait until Monday. And this happened on a Friday night . Then the air conditioning froze and we put in the appropriate request and they don’t have an emergency maintenance. So we had to stay from Friday to about Tuesday

    To Whom It May Concern, 

    I have read *** ************ complaint. A few facts that we've already addressed with her:

    1. We sprayed her apartment on numerous occasions w/ our chemicals and via ****** **** ******** The tenant above her was determined to be the cause of the issue and was given a notice to vacate.

    2. *** ********** missed or canceled scheduled maintenance appointments. She has a dog so we can't enter w/o knowing if the dog is secure.

    3. We offered *** ********** apartments at our other properties for which she declined on more than one occasion.

    4. We don't control 3rd party vendors. When we received the HVAC ticket we contacted our HVAC vendor who scheduled *** ********** at their earliest time slot which happened during the hottest part of the month. Someone in the apartment stabbed the coil to break up the ice on the HVAC unit which was documented. *** ********** also called the fire department when they stabbed the coil because they thought the unit was on fire when in actuality it was releasing the freon from the unit due to their negligence. The lease states a tenant is responsible for any damage that isn't fair wear and tear. This wasn't fair wear and tear. 

    We offered her a payment plan to settle the balance.

    *** ********** moved to our first available unit on the property which happened to be next door to her old unit. Her old unit is still vacant as we wait for the tenant above to move in order to properly address the pest control issue.
