  Kitchen remodel was completed at end of September 2025. Whole process took about 3 months, initial walk through/estimate, work plans started in July 2025. Demo began early September and job was completed by end of September. All issues and concerns/changes were communicated properly and crew did a fantastic job. Crew did an excellent job of keeping the rest of the home clean and clear or any work debris. Hope to use Rick again for other home projects in the future. Thanks

  AWESOME! Rick kept us informed every day as to what work was being done that day and who would be doing it. Every one who came into our home was very professional, friendly and respectful of our house. At the end of every day,
  tools were picked up and the floors carefully swept. All debris was removed to the dumpster. The craftmanship is impeccably, beautifully done! We now have a master bathroom that is safe and showroom beautiful! Rick and his crew made this remodel a very pleasant experience! We most highly recommend Missi Construction and would use them again!

  If you want a contractor who wants to please his customer call Missi Construction
  If none of these things are important to you call the first contractor that appears on your Google search and good luck.
  These were important things to us so we hired Missi Construction. They did a great job with our new bathroom.

  Never one to post reviews - good or bad - I had to leave a review of the outstanding work done by Missi Construction in renovating my kitchen. Rick Missi quoted a fair price and came up with creative solutions to resolve a couple of problems which arose during the renovation. The work he and his crew did is beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the finished project. I would recommend Missi Construction for any project. I'll certainly be using the company's services to do more work in the future.

  Exceptional Home Remodeling After Water Damage – A True Transformation!
  After a devastating frozen pipe burst caused extensive damage to our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure what to expect. Thankfully, Rick Missi Construction came highly recommended—and the results are nothing short of outstanding.
  From the basement through the entire first floor, every inch of the work was done with meticulous attention to detail, care, and craftsmanship. What impressed us most wasn’t just the quality of the finish, but Rick's thoughtful approach at every step. He and his team treated our home like it was their own.
  Walls, floors, cabinetry, trim, lighting—you name it—everything was completed to perfection. Rick is a master craftsman and brings together a team of true professionals. From the hickory hardwood floors in the main area, waterproof basement flooring, and polished porcelain in the powder room, to the gorgeous new kitchen with custom-painted wood cabinets—every detail was installed with top-notch precision. Even areas not visibly affected by water were handled with care to ensure a cohesive, high-end result.
  Although the second-floor bathroom only needed minor work, Rick approached it with the same attention to detail and even created a custom cabinet to access the plumbing.
  Rick’s communication throughout was seamless. Every question answered, every concern addressed. He was also an invaluable partner in working with our insurance. Timelines were met, the site stayed tidy, and the results far exceeded our expectations.
  Our home feels not just restored, but renewed—more beautiful, functional, and comfortable than ever. We’re truly grateful for Rick and his team’s integrity, care, and expertise. They didn’t just fix our home—they brought it back to life. Highly, highly recommended!

  Rick Missi built out our unfinished basement and turned it into an incredible space!! I cannot say enough about how impeccable his work is and how beautiful it turned out. Rick takes great pride in everything he does down to every detail. Not only did Rick communicate the entire timeline and stage but stayed well within budget. The final result exceeded our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Missi Construction to anyone looking for a very honest, very reliable and high-quality construction company.   We had Rick Missi Construction remodel our condo. He did a fantastic job. The remodel was extensive (3 floors) and took about 6 months. He listened to what we wanted, and the results were amazing. If we had questions, he would be prompt in his reply. He is very detailed and went above necessary to complete the project. He is talented, hard worker and takes pride in the product he produces. He kept us up to date on timelines and kept the job site clean and organized. He treated our project like he was working on his own home. He also worked with the neighbors to keep disruptions to a minimum. I would highly recommend him for your next project.
