I wish I could start from the top, but after a year and five months I cant quite remember when the nightmare began.
If you want someone to be in your domain for a year plus working on a project that should take no longer than 6 months by all means hire Paul Coleman "LLC"
They promised to use all new material but tried to use old wood from our porches that were dismantled. The contract said "timely fashion" which was not the case.
They were supposed to use stacking rock on our back porch, but in stead they used 2 different kinds of rock that wasnt even of our choosing which looks completely horrendous. I do believe my 7 year old could have done a better job.
He refused to fix our crooked steps on the front porch and put a bandaid on it by covering it with wood. It also looks horrible.
The deck boards also started coming undone two days after they put them down. Probably because they have no clue what they are doing.
The 4x4s out front were supposed to be redone which they never were they used warped ones that stood out like a sore thumb.
The protective wrap that goes around the 4x4s was carelessly threw up and cracked and had to be asked about before a replacement was offered which was also never replaced.
The concrete truck came through and jacked our internet wire up causing us to have to call our isp for repairs.
The cleanup crew that came out to gather wood and other materials made out with a brand new $70 Kobalt Rake that we got to use for a week that was never seen again. Oh but Paul saw it one of the 5 times he was here.
Weeks would go by and they would never show. Always telling us next week and not showing that week either. Paul Coleman had more family emergencies in one year than I have in my 34 years breathing.
They demanded a lot of money up front even though they have a company credit card on a contract that had to be rewritten because it had no protection for us on it at all..........
Continued on sepatrate review due to character limit.

well this was the most volatile job we had done Mr C*** was so messed up all the time when he was at home all you could hear coming from house was cussing at his wife and there kids he practically stayed so wasted that even when filling out this he put the name of my company down wrong if you even came near any windows or doors the smell of pot came through them even if they was closed had plants growing everywhere around the house was looking for swat team to come upon job at anytime all at the same time he works for a state super max prison (*** *****) in Virginia as a guard i'm assuming that his employer never does drug test his pour wife is a nurse I feel so sorry for the life she lives he would scream and call her names and everything in the world and threaten to beat her and mention the work we done and but when you can't see straight some things might look crooked we only liked a few things to do they owed me $2,800.00 I could't get any employees to even go there because of the situation of the things going on when he was there I honestly think that there needs to be a intervention from the family before his wife and or kids get seriously hurt My company didn't want to be part of it so we left and as far as using some of the materials from the porches they knew we would use and it was to lower there cost but didn't get to use any of it soon as it was taken down it disappeared even the gutter that we was gonna reinstall off the front of house to put back disappeared so i hope he can get help maybe this getting out will help

The vinyl above the ceiling fans on the front porch had to be redone because of careless cutting jobs. Also when they did finally redo it they completely botched it. It also looks horrendous with almost the nails it took them to secure it.
One of the contractors got mouthy with my wife because we constantly would have to message the boss who was never here to supervise a 30k dollar job.
The foundation on our front below the porch was destroyed during de construction of the front porches.
It finally got to the point that we threatened lawsuits and seeking legal advice. Paul didnt seem to care about that either.
So after spending all of that money and a year and a half later. Our back porch is not complete, gutters were never installed, the celiling fan on the back porch still doesnt work, several damages to the front porch that were promised to be fixed, the steps that need fixed, the foundation that needs repaired, the stamp job that looks horrible. The wood on the back porch that will have to be fixed. The list goes on.
I think you get my point though lol, there is much much more to add. Do not hire Paul Coleman for the love of god.
His catalog is stuff he probably snipped from google that good contractors done.
We finally asked him not too come back 1 year and 5 months later. We are now hiring someone that will fix the mess that Paul Coleman "LLC" made.
I once saw a review online that said I wouldnt let Paul Coleman build my dog a dog house. God if I would have listened to that we wouldnt be in the position we are now.
Do not recommend this guy at all he is a horrible contractor and diesnt deserve a 1/10 rating.
He also blocked my wife on his company sight so she couldnt leave an honest review. He is a crooked individual and he will definitely be judged in the end for all of his wrong doings. Im sure we are not the first people he has royally screwed over but hopefully we will be the last.
Dont hire this joke of a contractor please do your research he is dirty I knew it from the moment I met him but we wanted pretty porches. Too bad we didnt get that.
Too top it off he resorts in clear defamation trying to destroy someone elses good name to protect his. Typical of someone that is ysed to taking advantage of people. Cant wait to hear what lies he comes up with next.

We recently hired PC Construction to build a concrete porch and steps onto our home. They responded quickly and did the project in a professional and timely manner. The porch and steps turned out to my satisfaction and I am well pleased with it.
