He also mentioned he had other jobs in Paducah, although mine was scheduled at the beginning of September and was supposed to be done be the end of that month. - He took the cooper plumbing from beneath the house, although it didn’t need to be touched, as the city had already checked it. None of the piping he took out is on the property and I believe he took it to be sold. Ive had to hire two additional plumbers to repair the the plumbing. - *** ******** made a burnpit in my back - I would schedule meetings with *** ******** and he would always be about 2 hours late, unless it was to get paid. - *** ******* harbored key to storage, after changing it without my permission, and made comments such as “ that’s my part of the house” - Instead of working, defendant would be talking to the neighbors across the street trying to obtain a property, that he assumed was mine. - I had purchased a new Shopvac for my house, when I released him from his service, he pulled the shopvac out of his van, stating” he wanted to try it out at his house first” - Defendant moved electrical outlet, although I asked him not to, and the plug has not worked since. - When I asked *** ******* after 6 weeks when he was going to be done, he suggested I part of a RV with him and his buddy and I could stay there while he was continuing to work on the house, which would be another 3-4 months. - I stayed in a hotel while the work was supposed to be done, if *** ******** had finished the work or not changed the keys to my property, this wouldn't have been necessary.
