    Paducah Logistics or Avantt Logistics (***** ***** **** ****** ***** ******** *** ***** owns these companies) will not deliver to my address without a signature. I own a brick and mortar business building that is converted to a multi use residence. Per delivery instructions provided to ****** all deliveries are to be placed in the delivery box under my mailbox or left next to it. No signature is required. For approximately two years the Paducah Logistics deliver service has disregarded my delivery instructions and has threatened delivery drivers with termination if they deliver without a signature. I have seen the instructions from ****** on my account but the drivers have stated the dispatcher says to ignore. I am the customer who has prepaid for the merchandise I purchased and expect my instructions to be followed. Further ****** has instructed this delivery service to deliver without a signature as per my request. This location is the only location that cannot follow instructions. They have decided that the policies they have supercede the customers instructions. I would use a different company if the option was available but it is not.
