      Recently received a huge spike in my bill after the winter weather got real cold and needing to stay warm and reached out for help but they said they don’t give discounts but I could reach out to other agencies and one might help. Also frequent power outages not sure if that’s a county thing or not but sometimes power can be out for over a hour during the day.
