On 4/25/2023 my niece's car was towed due to the apartment complex's sticker not sticking where the office manager told her to place it. I had to pay $214.00 to retrieve the vehicle and missed about 4 to 5 hours of work ($95.00 to $117.00).
At the impound lot the sticker that the Canoe Creek Office Manager said "it is normal for them to fall off" was clearly on the dash of the vehicle on the driver’s side. The manager could not have looked everywhere for the sticker like she said she did. I reached out to RFI Properties by email on 5/10/23 and got no response.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like this complaint was not even looked at. the concerns that were put in my original complaint was not addressed but I was given Canoe Creeks policy and a picture of a sticker.

     There was a
parking permit (sticker) in the front window where Connie said to put the
    sticker. Connie said the
stickers fall off all the time. A written notice that said the vehicle
would be towed was never received and the vehicle is workable, it was not
improperly parked, the registration was not expired and the sticker Connie gave
was put in the front driver’s side window above the dash. My niece was only
    gone for 5 days.
The policy that Canoe Creek has for their tenants’ vehicles was
followed. The sticker had fell to the dash, just as Connie had said when asking
where the vehicle was. I sent pitchers of the vehicle with the sticker on the
dash just as it was at the impound lot.

    Canoe Creeks Policy:

Tenants must have a parking permit issued by RFI Properties in order to
    park
in the community where they live. Parking
permit(s) must be renewed at time
         of recertification.

    Parking
Permit must be displayed at all times
. The owner or operator of the vehicle is given at least
    ten (7) days' written
        notice that the
vehicle will be towed from the premises. At the owner’s or
        operator’s expense.
    If vehicle is unworkable
If it is Unauthorized and/or improperly parked
A vehicle displaying an expired registration

Property Manager place a green sticker on the vehicle to
notify the owner that their vehicle will be towed within 7 days due to no
permit sticker (unauthorized Parking) in window. After 7 days no one came

I am rejecting this response because: To begin with read your policy (The owner or operator of the vehicle is given at least ten
    (7) days' written notice), there was no WRITTEN NOTICE and is it ten or
7 or 77days? You have not addressed the fact that the office manager flat out
lied when she said she looked everywhere in the vehicle for the sticker that
always falls off. You can plainly see your sticker did not stick to the window,
it fell to the dash and Connie knew the stickers fell off all the time. The
picture at the impound lot clearly shows your sticker rolled up on the dash.
