    Outstanding Work and Service by Steve Tong’s Home Improvement - Jack B**** April 27, 2025
    I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible work Steve Tong and his team have consistently delivered for me over the past several years. Most recently, on April 26, 2025, Steve installed a brand-new Owens Corning roof on my home after a severe hailstorm damaged the roof he had installed just seven months earlier. True to his unmatched dedication, Steve was at my home the very morning after the devastating storm, personally surveying the damage and helping me navigate the next steps. His responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for his clients are truly second to none.
    But Steve's excellence doesn’t stop with roofing. On September 27, 2024, we hired Steve Tong’s Home Improvement once again to paint and trim the entire first floor of our home, and the results absolutely exceeded our expectations. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail his team displayed was simply remarkable.
    Steve’s team also installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in our downstairs area with the same exceptional skill and attention to detail. The installation was flawless, the workmanship outstanding, and the pricing unbeatable. Time and time again, Steve has proven that top-tier quality doesn’t have to come at an exorbitant price.

    My mom had to call 911 for respiratory distress and the ambulance had to break down her door. I had two contractors evaluating the door to get it replaced. Steve Tong's said they just did a similar job and said they would get us a bid so they can get the door and supplies ordered to get working on the job. I turned the other company down. Monday came and went. Weeks came and went. No reply, no contact, no nothing. Meanwhile, my older mom who utilizes an oxygen tank still cannot use the door next to her driveway while we start the search again. I find everything about the experience unprofessional and I do not recommend this company.
