              I purchased a vehicle 8/29/23. It died on the way home. They picked me up and kept the vehicle in order to install a new fuel pump, as listed on the sale paperwork. I picked up the vehicle approximately a week later. I took it to a mechanic who informed me that it needed a new fuel pump which I paid to have installed. I was then told the car needed a new engine or head gasket. I needed to find out how old the engine was. Since the engine in the care was not the original engine the mechanic needed to know how many miles were on the engine. I contacted the dealership. They would not respond to this question. I traded the car in and purchased another vehicle. The cost of the vehicle plus repairs minus trade in I lost about $6,000.00+. The manager will not respond to any of my calls or texts.

              Wonderful Customer Service!! Friendly Staff. Love the DOG!! The Staff was wonderful and very patient with my indecisiveness as I drove many, many cars before deciding to go back to the beginning with the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, who was calling my name from the first moment I stepped onto the lot! They are truly Champions!!#family
