My son had his car towed there last Thursday afternoon for a transmission diagnostic. I called the next day to check the status, and was told the diagnostic would be completed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, David validated a transmission issue and quoted between $4,000–$6,000 for the repair. I told David I would contact him the next day to discuss a plan.
The next day, I informed David that we would tow the car back to our home and reevaluate after the holidays. Within 45 minutes, the tow truck arrived, but they informed me the vehicle would not be released until I paid the diagnostic fee—which I did immediately. Shortly after, the tow truck driver called to tell me that David told them to leave because the car was “stuck” behind another vehicle and couldn’t be moved.
I called David again, and he assured me that he knew the tow company personally and would contact them to return once the car was accessible, insisting we would not be charged again. Every day afterward, we called for an update, and every day, David repeated the same excuse: he was “working on getting the car out.”
He told my wife the vehicle would be towed by the close of business Thursday. That did not happen. My wife stopped by Friday morning for answers, and David became confrontational, accusing us of not having our “story straight,” then yelled at her and stormed off. A few hours later, he left me a voicemail saying the car was out and the keys were on the floorboard.
I contacted him again to ask when the tow company would return, and he abruptly stated that it was “no longer his responsibility.” He that we needed to come get the car ourselves and pay for another tow. He then positioned the car so close to the main road requiring the tow truck company to stop traffic to retrieve it.
This entire experience—from the constant misinformation to the unprofessional behavior, yelling, and lack of accountability—was completely unacceptable. Very disrespectful and highly unprofessional

They seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest up front. They had my 2002 **** F-150 transmission changed in 5 days. I went in and paid the balance and arranged to pick up the truck later. It was just under $4500 total and it came with a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty. I went to pick up the truck, started it and immediately noticed a vibration that was not there before. I called and talked to David, dropped it off a few days later and waited on them to call. David called a day later, said the scanner showed no issues. He said it’s only vibrating at idle and I should drive it but he needed it back in at 30 days for a check up. I was told about no specific day for the check up. I went back in on Aug 30, 2024. David was not there. A lady greeted me and I told her I needed to have the 30 day checkup done. She said “We only do those on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when they have someone available”. Then she asked me if I was going to bring it in on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I told her I worked and would have to drop it off. She said that would be fine but if I didn’t get it within 30 days, it voids the warranty. The only receipt I got has a follow up inspection block with “30 day required to validate warranty” marked but this was not pointed out to me. I also was not informed that they only do the inspection on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They may be within their legal rights as to what they’ve done to me, but I will never do business with them again. The transmission shifts just fine but the vibration is unacceptable. Excessive vibration causes abnormal wear.
