      "Water issues was on the Louisvilles water side landlord got plumber to come out because the water maintenance said we did plumber company determine that is was on the Louisville water the adjusted my bill but never adjusted it from when the leaked started or when I got fixed I’m out $1700 and only lived at the property for only 5 months first bill was $600 another bill 1116"

      "Call in them on Friday 19 confirmation number had a ticket in since June 3 to fix meter , meter and the line is leaking and losing water on the Louisville water company side and they are doing nothing about it they making the resident suffer with no pressure got this morning on the 20 of December and again water is coming out of meter base and still nothing is being done I have video and pictures"
