      First of all, Chris, Kristin, and Chase were the absolute best! I have never felt more comfortable when making a car purchase! Not only are they knowledgeable about what they are selling, they are true professionals! They don’t want to sell you something just to get it off the lot, they want to put you in something that you feel confident about. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect before I drove it off the lot!

      Great place to get a car I had got two cars, there myself and my daughter if anybody’s looking for a good car, I recommend this place. The customer service is awesome. The payment is cheap the asking price for the car is reasonable

      I bought a 2020 roush f150 from this dealership 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing but headaches. They sold me a truck with a bad motor. Before buying the truck, I asked if there were any issues with it. Dom, their sales guy, informed that the only issue was a dent in the tailgate. he said everything else with the truck was fine and that it rode and drove great. He also, mentioned that he was able to get on the throttle when taking it to get detailed and that it was real quick and shifted smooth. Unfortunately, I trusted him and bought the car without seeing it or testing driving it. I was going to have the truck shipped to me. The original quote for shipping was $850. Of course after signing paperwork and sending them money, the shipping cost jumped up to $2100. I took off work and made the 6 hour drive to them. I go, get the truck, they don't tell me about any of the issues After 10 minutes of driving the truck back home, I start hearing an awful noise under the truck.I called Dom, and asked if it had made that noise when he drove it. He said no, but to keep him updated on the truck. An hour later, I stop at a gas station. When I get back in the truck the check engine light is on I start the truck up and it starts idling weird. When I get close to my neighborhood, I stop at a red light and the truck almost dies. Its shaking and clearly misfiring. I have a mechanic come look at my truck, and he tells me cylinders 2,4,6,7 are misfiring. I texted dom letting him know but I never got a response. A week later, after I get back from my vacation, I take it to the local Ford dealership. They tell me that the engine is blown and that the truck needs a new motor. They also tell me that the motor in the truck is not the original motor and that the transmission was rebuilt. None of this was disclosed to me. This dealership either knowingly sold me a truck with a bad motor, or they do not inspect anything and have no idea if the vehicles they are selling are any good or not.

      We apologize you are having an unfortunate experience with the truck, this is why we offer Vehicle Service Contracts, which you declined. (Because you stated your friend was a mechanic and that is why you didn't want a vehicle service contract.) When we got the truck, the truck drove great, we drove it from Indiana and experienced no issues. We also had a mechanic inspect the vehicle and he found no issues. Which is why we stated that the truck was a good truck. Had you called us within those 15 minutes you started experiencing issues, we would have sent our mechanic to where you were to get the issue resolved, but you continued to drive the vehicle 6 hours away to your home in Mississippi, knowing you were having issues with the truck. You did not even call when you got home that evening, you waited until the end of May before letting us know anything was wrong. Once we knew something was wrong, our general manager reached out to Landers Ford to see what was going on, and they informed him that the motor was bad and out of warranty. He continued further to reach out to the original dealer Chandler Chevrolet, that replaced the motor to see if we got find some sort of warranty to fix the issue for you. Chandler Chevrolet put on CARFAX that the motor was replaced. Which the CARFAX was on our website to view, on the day you were shopping for the vehicle. Then we were told by Chandler Chevrolet the warranty was voided due to putting the supercharger back on the motor. You also stated we were ghosting you and not responding but that was not the case. Customer service is always our number one priority as we are a local family-owned dealership. We respond to every customer concern good or bad in a timely manner. As we run a business, things can get busy, and we can't respond as fast as you would have liked. We never ignored you or did not take your calls. Every vehicle we sell is online with a CARFAX for the consumer to view at their leisure and they will be able to see the service history, any accidents or damage that may have happened, etc. Every vehicle that Chris Hiser Auto Sales intends to sell qualifies for a vehicle service contract, which is offered to every customer. Attached are three papers you signed, stating: we did not owe or promise you anything, a buyer's guide stating the vehicle is purchased AS-IS and an accept/decline vehicle service contract form (to which you declined).We apologize again you have experienced these issues and wished you would have reached out sooner to resolve this before traveling 6 hours away. We never want to sell a vehicle to customer that has issues, which is why we offer these products to make sure our customers are protected as they are dealing with a used vehicle and anything can happen.

      Chris Hiser Auto sales made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and an awesome deal on my new 2022 Tundra. I definitely recommend checking them out!
