  Took my 3500 gave me a car came back and got it a week later said that it needed to be expected but lied never gave me back my money

  customer brought in fake paycheck stubs and took a 20,000 dollar vehicle off the lot knowing so, we deducted all costs of the dealership expenses and was generous enough to give the rest back to this customer even though the law and credit application states that all down payments would be seized if there were any fraud.

  DO NOT TRUST!!!! This dealership sold me a car, NEVER RECEIVED TITLE!!! Had to file bankruptcy, since they NEVER GAVE ME A TITLE-IN FOUR MONTHS- the lender dissolved the loan and the owner lied to me and told me they were gonna give me the title after having the car inspected. They now won’t give the car back or refund me at least my down payment, 4100 dollars.

  we did have the title from day one, they finance the vehicle through a finance company
  they file bankruptcy in 60 day period of the finance. finance company decline the loan and we had no choice but to get the car back.
  all we need is to be paid for the car.
  we told them that if they can come up with the price of the car they can come and get it.

  They sell broken vehicles, please stay away. Their communication is also terrible. The car that I got had a broken transmission and a blown out head gasket.

  this vehicle was inspected by customers technician and then purchased and brought it back 6 months later to repair unfortunately and did not purchase a warranty.

  Telling my son that if he don’t bring them money it will be out of their hands and there will be nothing they can do…. I mean is that a threat. Saying we owe money but have not supplied me with anything in writing, Don’t mess with this place something ain’t right.

  you bought a car with a payment plan. we never threaten anyone, if a car goes to a repo company, we can not cancel the repo order. you just need to know at a certain point we will not be able to intervine in the process. no threat to any one.we just be nice to let you know.

  Sold a vehicle and paid cash for including taxes and transfer and license. It won't pass State inspection and not been transferred in the dealership name. Mechanic damaged the moonroof while in their possession too

  I didn't have a problem with this dealer,I was looking for a cheap affordable car and they were super helpful, anytime I needed something I called and they were glad to help and set an appointment for me to come by and check out my issues. When I'm buying a 4 or 5000 dollar car I expect these things from time to time. Idk I read some of the complaints and some times you just can't make people happy. These guys didn't over promise anything and made sure I knew as much as possible about the car. Thank you Casey and Nick

  This Dealer does Fraud scams people You have been warned they run different locations scammer biggest ripping people off
  Stay away from this scammer who takes peoples hard earned money for junk cars. These people have no idea what kind of lemon law trouble they will get into,but they will find out very soon. Bought 2005 ********* Corvette With 62k Miles for 20 grand with down payment of $4,000 and still loan $16,494.00 after down payment and car is worth only $14,875.00 in good condition which this is fair condition probably worth $10,000 needs front end work ball joints,tie rods,tie ends,in outs.Ball joints,Radio screen doesnt work even used one costs $700,drop top doesnt work will cost couple grand to replace. Needs new tires all around. Key fob stopped working few days later,AC compressor went out 5th day. Take your money anywhere else but here i promise you will regret buying gum at this place they lied about tires being slicks on corvette they are bald regular tires that they had to put air in before i came there. Nothing but junk if the cars are good why are they selling 20k grand car without warranty as is. RUN So far im blasting this dealer all over social media,craigslist,car gurus,facebook every place he lists cars for sale im going to warn people and contact DMV already contacted my bank he will never get anyone approved trough this bank again. People need to look into lemon law before purchasing vehicles from anyone these places need to get shut down foreigners coming into this country to screw hard earned American money dont reply nothing back to me i will upload your text message how you would not even reply back to my text messages you will learn today buddy.
