    Power To Exhale ARUBA on land trip in August! I am so DISAPPOINTED and LIVID! This LLC has shut down the website. Now, you are UNABLE to print out what you payed towards the trip! Many people are at a lost of words. I understand that a life was lost, and I have empathy. I am more empathetic to the thousand of members who are suffering from mismanagement of monies and may suffer from mental anguish. Not to mention the lack of communication! I've NEVER been a part of this type of inconvenience. I've never been out of the country and this is such a DISAPPOINTMENT.

    I am so upset. I booked my Trip for Caribbean Fest at Sea and the dates have changed. I was told since the date was changed and i could not attend, I was going to get my money back in December at the end of the month when i cancelled my trip. Since then I been inquiring about my money via email, phone calls. I have been told Each time it will be two or the end of the month. I paid over one thousand for this trip and drink package from the last cruise and i have not received one payment yet for my return and drink package, and its now April. Meanwhile, Charla is promoting new trips and traveling and i have not received my money from past trip and the trip i cancelled and promised to get refunded. I have been patient and understanding but enough is enough, THIS IS MY MONEY, I am tired of waiting. I am in the process of seeking legal matters. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I am so tired of waiting and listening and reading the same week after week like its a recording and the company is trying to prolong giving me my money, where now it seems like a scam. If you owe someone some money or have an unhappy customer you need to talk to them personally verses sending them the same template they are sending everyone else. Can you please Zelle/ cash app my money asap? Van. B******....

    I am so sorry to hear you are upset with Power to Exhale. The dates changed for our cruise, because the dates of the Bahamas Carnival changed. In order for us to deliver on the experience, promised, the dates had to coincide with the actual Carnival. I have made my team aware of your concerns.     To whom it may concern, We are deeply sorry to frustrate this customer. Power to Exhale is still hosting our cruise in June on Norwegian Cruise Lines. We understand, for whatever reason, the client has to cancel. We have made the cruise line aware of her cancellation. There is a process for receiving refunds. We have done all of the paperwork and are currently awaiting the refund check from Norwegian. As soon as we get it, in the next couple weeks, it will be immediately be sent to Ms. B***** without hesitation. That is our absolute best, and we will get this quickly resolved as soon as humanly possible. Sorry for any delays.

    This is the worst travel agent I’ve ever come in contact with in my life. She’s extremely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and non-responsive. And has the audacity to get an attitude when you ask for your money back from a trip the dates and she didn’t even reach to let us know they changed. Just so happy to look on my email and see that there was a email that was sent by the actual cruise line. I’ve reached out to her several times via emails and phone calls. I spoke with her so-called accountant, and she stated that she was out of country and that she would return my call on Monday that was three weeks ago. I have been reaching out to her since the date we’re change for the cruise because it was a conflict in my schedule and I was no longer going to be able to go on the cruise because of the dates. She stated that we would receive our monies back in 30 days. That’s was back in November. The one time she did respond she said it would be 2 weeks, but we still have not received our money. My sister and I have reached out to an attorney to take legal actions to receive my money back. I could see if it was my mistake and I wanted my money back but this is something that happened where the dates were changed and she has not tried to return any of our money. She only responded back to me when I told her she was unprofessional and this is why we as don’t support other business’s because of the non-professionalism from her.
    Please do NOT support this business because she is a crook and steals peoples monies.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you believe I am a "crook" and so extremely horrible. We have refunded 100% of everyone's money that could not keep their vacation with our date changes.
    We had to change the dates of our cruise, because the dates changed for the Bahamas Carnival. Every customer was told they could get a refund if the dates didn't work for them. Ms. A******* got a 100% refund of every dollar invested.
    I'm saddened that she is upset, but the issue is fully resolved. Charla Young

    I've been reaching out to this company since October 2024 about money I should have received by now. I've been getting the same automated email reply for the last 4 months that BOA has frozen her accounts, no money in, no money out! It's a bunch of crap. No way has her issue not been resolved with such a major institution. She doesn't even have the common courtesy to update the lie. Zelle me my money like you been doing other people. my wife was a loyal customer and traveler with her company, but after this I'm sure she's lost a lot of patrons. I'm thinking about starting a Facebook group bout all of us that are owed because you aren't allowed to ask on her page. I just want my money back

    Charla Young is a Liar. She charged me $513 for a drink package July 2024. She said 3 times since 09/07/24, I will get a refund but today October 31, 2024 I haven’t received my refund for the drink package that she know she should’ve have sold it was against the royal Caribbean policy but she sold it anyway to her customers. I have emailed, texted and called this company Power to Exhale about the status of my drink package refund. They responded via text & email, that the refund is in the mail. I’ve called and they won’t return calls. The last email had the check number and amount of the check which the amount is incorrect the email stating the check has been mailed. But I responded letting them know that the amount is Incorrect. I paid $513 I want $513 returned. Please beware of this company power to exhale and Charla Young. Take a look at her picture she looks like in disguise and she has a negative vide.. my next step will be court if I don’t receive my refund soon. I know God is with me and he knows my heart and together we are stronger than the devil. I think this company scammed its customers by charging for something they shouldn’t have. And the “president party she sold more than the venue could hold..therefore her customers who brought a ticket for the party and couldn’t get in after it reached capacity. And she won’t refund her customers for that party. The party Charla gave at the hotel before the cruise she charged $50 but then party turned out to be Free and Charla didn’t refund $50 to her,” customers” Charla is very untrustworthy.

    Power to Exhale Travel entered into a full charter ship agreement with Royal Caribbean. Just a few days before we were to set sail, Royal Caribbean alerted us about a hefty security deposit that had to be paid before we could set sail. At the last minute, they pulled our drink package money over to the security deposit.
    All of our guests were made aware of this change and promised a 100% refund of their drink package investment.
    We have run into fradulent activity on our bank account which has slowed our refund process, but we have already issued hundreds of thousands of dollars back to our consumer.
    We have been working diligently with Ms. M******'s travel agent to get her drink package refund to her. But, Ms. M****** provided the wrong payment information. We were able to successfully send that to her this morning.
    This has been an unfortunate situation for my company, but we have remained 1000 percent committed to refunding all of our guests.
    We have responded all of Ms. P****' emails. The problem with her refund is she did not complete the drink package refund form required by each guest. We mandated that every guest complete the jot form confirming their address, amount owed and name.
    We are still waiting on Ms. P**** to provide her payment information or preferred method of payment and we are more than happy to provide her $95 refund.
    For her to call me a liar and unprofessional is extreme, because we are in an unfortunate predictament but doing everything in our power to accommodate our customers. We await the payment method from Ms. P****.

    Need a 0 star!!! Took a cruise with Power to Exhale 9/2-9/7, 2024. I have sent several emails and called regarding my beverage refund check. They finally sent a check October 18, 2024 for $95 and I spent $285 for the soda package for 3 people in my cabin. I finally received the $190.00 check on November 8th. I deposited both checks into my account and woke up this morning on 11/15/2024 both checks bounced. Called my bank and they said, "it was a stop payment on both checks"! Power to Exhale owes me $285, plus overdrawn fees now. It Thanksgiving. THIS SHOULD HAVE NOT HAPPENED!!!

    I am saddened about Ms. S*****' review of the company. But, she does not have a her drink package refund, because she did not complete the jot form emailed and posted for all guests to complete. Without that form, we did not know what to send where. We have refunded thousands of guests and Ms. S***** could certainly be in that group, but we need to get her payment methods and we can take care of her accordingly.

    This travel company collected $500 each from customers promising them they were buying an unlimited alcohol package on their Chartered Cruise with Royal Carribean cruise date 9/2/24 - 9/7/24. The day before departure, the founder post on FB, they cannot provide what we've paid for. In writing she said refunds will be given with 30 days after we return on 9/7. It is now October 21, 2024. To date no refund has been forwarded to me and I've verified with others from the cruise & they have not gotten a refund either. There were 4500+ on that cruise & basically the company collected the money but it appears they have schemed us out of our hard earned money.

    Ms. Mayo did a complete chargeback on the Power to Exhale company even though she was on the cruise, participated in all of the events and went to the concerts. We never provided a drink package refund to her, because she charged back way more than what was owed.
    We are saddened by her actions, but we are very happy to see this all come to an end.

    Very unprofessional business. The customer service is terrible. They will not answer and the 1-800 number is always busy. Staff is very rude and money hungry. I do not reccomend.
