5 starsExecutive Transportation helped us out on short notice, providing excellent, top notch service. We were stuck without a ride for a scheduled tour, and James, the General Manager, provided timely assistance in less than 5 minutes. James communicated with us clearly and frequently throughout the process. Our driver, Ali was courteous, polite and very professional. We were provided a luxurious, clean SUV and treated like royalty. At the completion of our trip, James called to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied with their services. 5 starsI recently engaged Executive Transportation to travel to and from the Abbey of Gethsemani, near New Haven KY. James and Janet provided highly polished respectful service in advance of the trip. On the way back in particular, I appreciated the fact that the driver, Mohammed, arrived well ahead of time, made good time driving to the airport, and was respectful and sensitive to the fact that I had been in silence at the Abbey for four days. 5 starsOne of the best limo/exec bus services we have booked with any transportation company. James was very professional, well organized, quick to respond to calls and emails and excellent followed through start to finish. We have produced more than 90 conference events across the US since 2006 most if not all needing airport and group transportation for our staff, VIPs and attendees. James and his transportation group delivered as good if not better service of any firms we have used since our beginnings. 5 starsJames provided outstanding service and provided us with a car and driver within minutes instead of hours which provided first-class transportation to my boss whose flight had stranded him at the airport. First time we used Executive Transportation services and will keep them in mind for future needs. James worked fast and professional to accommodate our group of 32 people for an outing with different pick up and drop off locations. Our shuttle driver Jay, arrived on time, was professional and respectful. He kept constant communication with us. I definitely recommend their services.

Executive Transportation did an awesome job in setting up our ride to take us everywhere we wanted to go in Louisville and then to Lexington the following day for a bourbon tour and Keeneland.
