              Our car was stolen and Suburban towed it after it was recovered. The first time we tried to get the car they told us they would be open until 4, tried calling to get a locksmith out there and they closed really at 3:30. The second time they won’t get the car out of their lot because it’s icy and they are trying to charge us $400 to get the car back after telling us in an email that it would be free to get out as long as we give them a police report. Been dealing with them for a week now and still don’t have my car.

              Racheal, we reached out to you about this matter. We approved you to come and retrieve your vehicle and waited while the locksmith made new keys. Your vehicle was brought in when the city was hit with snow and ice and a very messy day for travel all around Louisville. (over 125+ accidents around town) We hope this resolved your complaint, as we were willing to accommodate you.
