      So I found out yesterday that I owed money for a toll. The way I found out is that the folks I sold my house to in October of 2021 informed me of an invoice that was sent to that address. Upon viewing the invoice I see a charge of $4.42 from where I drove through in January, 2022. Then there is a second charge of $4.80 from November, 2022. Then there is a "2nd Toll Notice" fee of $5 from Dec, 2022, followed by a "Violation Notice" fee of $25 in March, 2023 and a "Collections Notice" fee of $30 from April, 2023. All this added up to nearly $70 that I'm expected to pay for something I just found out about yesterday. Keep in mind that I moved and have been living at my current address since October of 2021. Not only did I not get anything sent to me at my correct address, the folks who bought my house and are friends of mine said they had not received any mail previous to this notice.
      The customer service rep was able to knock off $20 from the fee, but if I wanted to dispute the charges and maybe have those removed, I had to go through a process, demanding additional time and aggravation to dispute something I had no awareness of less than 24 hours ago.
      Riverlink, your system is seriously flawed and very dishonorable. And based on the other reviews, I see I'm not alone in my low opinion of you. I have absolutely no respect for a company whose inept policies prey on people and extort money as their business model.

      Well, I just read all of the complaints and I realized that my own complaint exactly mirrors them all! I cannot believe that the state of Indians would actually allow this treatment of, well basically, tourists or consumers traveling into or out of their state.
      I received one bill from this company that was send saying that I was over due. I paid the amount on their website so that I wouldn’t get a late fee. Then I received another bill with 2 times the fees as before so thinking that maybe I was mistaken and neglected to pay, I paid them once again. I have received three more invoices adding on fees, and I have called and disputed these charges to no avail. They said that I had incurred more tolls which was incorrect and now they have hiked up the bill to over 70.00! I’m going to complain on the state website and to their attorney generals office and I would suggest everyone else do the same.

      My first bill from Riverlink included $60 in late fees. I communicated with Riverlink 3 times contesting that I had never received any prior communication from them. Their only solution to remediate the fees was to setup an online account and prepay for future services that would never be rendered (I live out of state).
      This smells like a scam for out of state drivers. It is a shame that we can't have any faith in something as basic as a toll bridge.

      I paid my account went in and added money to my account and turned on replenish. Now my account is in the negative so I called. They were very rude and unhelpful. Refused to help me and lied and argued with me. I talked to a couple people but ended up talking to a guy named Waren. This guy was the worst. Didn’t know what he was talking about and even lied to me after his Sup and call agent told me differently.

      Consistently charging higher toll fees, even though I have an account with discounted rate. Every month I have to go into the office to dispute charges. Additionally, they tried to make me pay a past due bill for a car that was bought by us. They are absolutely creating a headache for residents of KY and IN.

      There are fraudulent going on in the state of Kentucky they lie and told us they sent us three notice we never received a notice until March 13th they want an extra $35 from us because they made a mistake the state of Louisville is a frog you need to check into them every vehicle go across that toll bridge is getting charged an extra $30 because they are lying and fraudulent and scare me out of town visitors

      What. An. Awful. Business. They. Run!
      Just like the 84 other awful reviews on here we were conned as well.
      Went to pay my vehicle registration and they said I had over $700 in fees to RiverLink. And they wouldn’t renew my registration until Riverlink was paid.
      Here’s the thing….I never EVER received a notification to ever pay a fee to them. And I hardly ever go over that stupid bridge….like maybe 2 times per year!
      Complete con job just like everybody says.
      Our government at work!!

      Got a bill, expected, for bridge toll. They added $5 late fee even though I never received any other bill. TRUE SCAM. They also included a note that if I GIVE THEM $20 to open an account they'l wave the late fee. TRUE SCAM!

      I received a bill for a vehicle that was sold and transferred to another individual 5 1/2 years ago. They refuse to look up the DMV records that they claim to receive their information from and say that I need to prove they made a mistake by doing all of the running around and filling out forms. I spoke with my local DVM and they said riverlink does not get their information from the DVM.
