Took my car in on Jan 19 due to a loud noise and when I accelerate and only when i stopped and go my car would slightly stutter as of it was going to die but then would work itself out and be fine until I stopped and went again. They said I ne ded a tune up and then also called and said my rotors and breaks were bad so I had them fix all that. They had already charged my card cause he said he needed a deposit to order the parts. I didn't realize he was charging the entire amount 3500 for tune up and catalytic converter and another 527.40 for my breaks. Monday they all and said it was done. I get there and all of a sudden they say my car is making misfires and sensors going off. They can't figure out what it is they have asked other mechanics. ****** the manager says he would give me a full refund so I opted for just half since he said it would asnt worse then when I brought it in. He said he credited it to my card. It would show in morning. I went to go get my vehicle and my car is worse then when I took it. I was scared to even drive it off the lot and I had been driving it for a few days before taking it to them. Now they are saying it is some motor issue and swears it was doing it when I got it to them. No it is as not stuttering when I just turned on my car now it is. H said he won't refund the full amount unless he puts old catalytic crap inverter back on my car. Mind you they have had my truck for almost a week and I haven't been able to work cause I have to have my car for work I have to tow it somewhere else for them to charge me an arm and leg. I opt d for them to pay my 2330 back cause I didn't want them to take anything off my car but I am mad and feel taken advantage of and want my full refund with keeping the part and ****** originally said. I complained to corporate office twice and ****** told me they won't do anything but send it back to him
