1 starMy house was damaged during a storm in May 2023, we called a couple of contractors to look at our house. John came out and looked at our house and gave us an estimate. He said he sent it to the insurance company in which I'm having issues with too. So, when I called John with the insurance person, he said he would send the estimate in. He didn't. I called John he said he would drop off the estimate to my house and he didn't do it. I just needed the estimate so we can get our house fixed. John has ignored me and my husband calls. Yes, I can go to another contractor I just feel he ignored us because of our race. We have waited so long for the estimate.

We have submitted estimate to insurance company 8 times since October 2023 (can prove with sent emails). We havedealt with three different adjusters, trying to get this claim settled. As the homeowner states she is having problems with the insurance company. This is where her negative review should go. I have been more than accommodating on this claim and have spent probably 6 to 7 hours on it since October. We have not charged a dime for this time. Homeowner contacted me the Saturday of Father’s Day weekend (who does that) and asked me for the estimate. I dropped one off the following Monday on her front porch. As far as her saying this has something to do with race. We are highly offended by that. That comment was totally out of bounds, professionally and personally. , our family picture would attest to that.
I would advise the homeowner to bring up all these details with her insurance carrier because they are the ones that are neglecting her as she states this in her review. We’ve went out of our way to help with this claim for her.Review fromKelley c

5 starsJohn from river city went way above and beyond with helping me get a new roof and siding replaced after a storm last year and he walked me through all the paperwork so glad I went with them my house is now the best looking one on the blockRiver City Vinyl Supply & Roofing, LLC
